Customer services needs to be improved. I sent to 2 files to be printed. They printed the same file 2x and the staff before checking my order told me they only received that way. I had to find the confirmation email and showed her ( has pictures) of what I ordered. Only after she checked that on her computer that she makes a mistake. ( it’s okay everyone makes ) what bothers me that the extra printings she throws away and I asked her instead if she gives me a discount I could keep the extra ones and she simply replay NO. I asked her to speak with the manager ( she said manager said NO as well) That she has to throw away… instead of just have 50% loss they decided to keep 100%.
No even apologize or say thank you. That’s really said. Because I never had any issue before.

Tech service was exceptional. I was very pleased with the tech that helped me. She spent time to check out the problem I was
having with my Samsung tablet. As it turned out they do not service the Samsung, so she advised me where I could get help with it. She also advised me on a service I had no idea they provided..... they recycle batteries....and provided me with 2 containers to collect them in. I have been throwing them in the trash and am very glad for the new information. Now my family will save them for Staples recycling program, and be rewarded, also.

I bought an Epson model ET-4850 printer in this store 1 year and 6 months ago, I took it to see if they would solve a problem that arose and they did not give me any repair service, they only limited themselves to telling me to contact the service from epson. very bad customer service.

We went in to get posters for the funeral of our brother, who died unexpectedly at 27. Abeer in the print shop was so kind and compassionate and helped us make sure the posters were exactly what we needed to honor our brother. We will be forever grateful for her help in such a difficult time. Thank you.
