I'd honestly give 6 stars if I could. The team at Prime, most notably Joe V., are some of the best insurance professionals, and best all around people, I've ever worked with. I have had as many as 4 different policies with Prime over the last few years, having saved thousands when I originally switched from other providers. Personal homeowners, rental homeowners, business, and auto were all switched to Prime and have been managed flawlessly in the years since. Can't thank this team enough for their efforts in transparent and competitively priced insurance!
