“I had gone here for dog grooming services in the past but had been going elsewhere recently. The place I'd been going had more attitude about itself than was warranted, their prices were high and although the lead groomer was fantastic the assistant was not. So I took my dog back to Petco & I'm glad I did. The groomers are kind, professional and prompt. The prices are about 20% less than the other place. Recommend!”
“While I was in Ciao Bow Wow, my dog suffered an emergency with his eye while in store he rubbed his eye and scratched his cornea. He just had eye surgery earlier that day and I came in to purchase a better cone than the one I bought online.Jerry and Annette sprang into action to help out.Helped out with the emergency and also helped fit my dog in a collar and cone and helped me put it on him. Thank you again I live alone so this was a huge task for me and I am so grateful to you both for your compassion.You would not have received this care from anybig box store.Thank you to you both you can tell the people who work at Ciao Bow Wow love and care for pets and their owners.”
