I am unhappy with my current insurance company (MAPFRE) and so I sent a letter to this agency along with copies of my current auto and home policies requesting a couple of quotes from other companies.They did not respond.So I will happily buy my insurance through another agency that represents better companies than MAPFRE-COMMERCE.Some people are still on their Covid vacations.

I cannot recommend Darryl and Marc enough! These guys are the best. I tell everyone I know about them. If I need something or have a question, I know I can call and they are almost always available. If they aren’t, you get a call back within 20 minutes. You just can’t beat their customer service. Every year before my policy renews Darryl will check into different companies to see who will offer us the best deal. When we had a claim for our home, things I thought would not be covered were. He writes only the best policies to make sure you are over the top covered. I would never go to anyone else. I tell everybody I know about them. Thank you guys for great service the past 10 years. Mark and his team have always been super responsive and always letting me know if there are ways that we can lower our costs. One of the few places that you can reach someone on phone during COVID. Highly recommend them.
