“This store is such a refreshing change from what we experience in the malls. First, the merchandise is beautiful. It's traditional in beautiful fabrics and rich colors. Yes, it's expensive, but it will look good for years if you take care of it properly. The cashmere sweaters and scarves are absolutely decadent. Then there's the staff: very professional people who listen to a customer's wants and helps them find the products that suit the customer's needs. It's nearly impossible to find people like this anymore. And their love for the store and for its clothes is infectious and makes me want to buy things I don't need. It has everything....gorgeous clothes, friendly professional people, and an atmosphere from better times. The best!”

“It opened at 10 and the first dress I found I ended up buying. I did try on 10 dresses a size 14. The selection was fantastic! I needed it for my son's wedding and could not believe the selection in a multitude of colors. I would suggest any size try here for a dress first”

“This store always has the nicest employees. Every time I go there and check out the cashier's (no matter who), are always super friendly and talkative. I can't recall a time any employees were rude or not helpful. The store is also always clean "ESPECIALLY THE DRESSING ROOMS", clothes are always on the correct rack because they have employees going around and always making sure things are in the correct places ( I mean even down to the sizes always being in the correct order) they honestly deserve an award for cleanest,most well organized store. I love their clothing and shoe selection so much, they have something for "EVERYONE" and anyone and the prices are great and they always have some kind of sale going on, and if you're a member you always i mean always get 20% to 50% off along with another coupon after purchase and can also earn Bob's bucks (they run Bob's buck's alot no only during holidays)you really can't beat that. The only complaint I have is that someone always beats me to my size, and that's not their fault!! I truly hope and pray they don't ever close down this location because over the years, so many have closed (I drive 30 mins to this location) I will truly be devastated, I truly love shopping here every season and don't plan on stopping!!”

“My 7 year old nephew is crazy for Army, really all branches, anything camouflaged, disguises and gas masks. This place has a ton of real army stuff and toys as well. We’ve been there a few times now and we will be back many times.They have all the real stuff, grenades, tear gas canisters (of course they are disabled).He flips for that real stuff. Metals, Hundreds of pins, all kinds of camo shirts, vests, jackets, hats, helmets, ect.One last thing is the staff is great to us when we come in. They know, my little buddy loves this and they play it up. Plus they are all, very helpful and will take the time with you to explain what some of it was and how it worked.Very friendly and nice to us. If you have anyone who is a Veteran or likes collectibles, toys, ect, this is definitely the place.”

“Nothing wrong with the store or employees. They have a wide variety of shoes to choose from. BUT......I really wish they sold more Jordans. Now you need to go online or a specialty store to pay a ridiculous amount. I miss the retail jordan and walking out with some 4's for like $200 bucks.. now, that same shoe online you're probably paying over 300 if not more.I hate resellers!”

“I wish I knew this man's name to compliment him. He works in the men's fragrance department. He has a nose piercing, shaved head, and tattoos. Very personable, and handled the Xmas crowd better than anyone. I had two kids with me and needed a gift for their dad quickly. He made it happen. It helped that we had the same taste in fragrance. “Aeropostal is a very welcoming place to shop at as well as work for. The customers come from near and far to get the experience of Aeropostal apparel. The store can get busy at times but the staff tries there best to accommodate everyone’s needs and wants. It’s located in a beautiful area and right off the highway which explains the high volume of customers who come to shop at the mall. The employees are very focused and have a drive for excellent customer service.”
