I've purchased multiple cars and had them serviced at North Andover BP. Roger is a straight shooter and operates with an exceptional level of integrity. Car purchases are competitively priced and the repair work by the team is top notch. I can't recommend North Andover BP enough.

Horrible the gas attendant did not even know how to open up my gas tank. You just push in and the door pops right out. He then blammed not knowing how to work my car on me. I will never come here to pump gas again.

Have worked with Roger at the local BP for over 20 years, before it was a BP. Recently took in my Lincoln in for repairs and he honestly diagnosed the problem, gave me alternatives and fixed it same day. On one repair, Pep Boys told me it was over $600 to fix and Roger did it for less than $250. I’ve also purchased vehicle for Au pair in the past that have performed as advertised. Place to go, and man to deal with, in North Andover for your car.

We have two cars both Toyota. We have talked to Roger on several occasions and I feel he wouldn't over sell you on a job you don't need. Few years ago, we had a crack on the radiator filler neck, the car would lose coolant and overheat. I found out I could just replace the broken neck, but wasn't confident in my skills to do the job my self, plus the local auto parts store needed two days to ship. Went to a local Toyota dealership and they argued you had replace the entire radiator. When I showed them the printout of piece from the local parts store, they insisted this was wrong and would not fit our car. The rough estimate was almost 800 dollars. Went to North handover BP and talked to Roger. He got on the phone with his parts guy and later our car was fixed and only cost us $100We no longer live in the area but have gone back to get our cars fixed, most recent a problem with the water pump. The work is always done right. Wish could give more than 5 stars.

Have always loved going here, but I recently took a friend here for an oil change, and the technician did not change the oil filter, and didn't screw the radiator cap back on. Basically paid $35 for nothing and there was radiator fluid all over her engine once we realized it. Very disappointed.
