A solid family-owned dry cleaners. The lady is at this one is no nonsense, but I’m loyal to the chain. The store in Andover is particularly great.

I needed my suit dry cleaned for a wedding I had on Friday and told the woman working there that I needed it by Wednesday. When I went to pick the suit up around 1pm Wednesday on my lunch break she said it wasn’t ready yet and to come back between 4-6. This place closes at 6 pm and I would not be able to make it there by the time they close as I get out of work at 7pm. They said it would be ready Wednesday and that means it should have been done by Wednesday as it was dropped off on Monday. Then, when I pick the suit up, it had a big stain on the front of the pants around the shin area which was very disappointing as this should not have been there… ALSO they managed to rip the zipper on the suit pants making it look like the fly was down on the pants. Not only was the suit not done when I went to pick it up, it also had an added stain AND WAS DAMAGED AND RIPPED!! DO NOT GO HERE.

They have a giant sign in their window that says "SAME DAY SERVICE: IN BY 9AM OUT BY 6PM". That is the SOLE reason I went here, I wanted same day service. I roll in Tuesday around 8:15am and drop off my shirts and the woman says pick up on Friday. I look at her and say what about the same day service you have in the window? She says they don't do that anymore. I told her I literally only came in because of that sign, and that if that sign is not true, they should take it down. This seemed to confuse her, as I was met with a blank face until I left.

They did a great job with our stuff, even getting a stubborn stain that my other cleaner couldn't take out.
