I worked for BNJ Foods for 23 years. I can honestly tell you that the owners Robert and Michael Ogan are throw backs to an an age when integrity and honesty really counted. They are wonderful people. I am so proud to be a part of the culture they created.

I was fortunate enough to attend a virtual presentation of these products. I had been sent a box ahead of time with mixes to make gingerbread cookies and macaroons and some gingerbread muffins or coffee cake. There was a cookie decorating contest for the meeting and we had so much fun decorating the cookies. They weren't award winners but they certainly were fun. I do have to say though that these gingerbread cookies came in a simple mix. You just add water to the mix and it is absolutely delicious. Nothing could be easier or better. I don't like the strong spice flavor of gingerbread sometimes but this was just perfect. The macaroons were just as easy, add water. They were so good and so fun to make with all of the decorations that you can put on them. Excellent choice for cookie mixes. I can't wait to try the gingerbread coffee cake.
