Gillis is an incredible gem of a local business in the Northern Berkshire area for automobile needs for suspension shocks struts etc !
I needed ASSP a Front End Alignment badly for my car with inside of edge of each front tire wearing very badly and they graciously agreed to to take my car in the very next day !
And that day Gillis promptly honestly ,diagnosed and made a front end alignment happen for my car at an incredible low cost !

This place SAVED me today. I was 2 hours away from home in my work van. My tires became compromised & I needed to quickly replace them. James was very helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly - with none of the sales pressure found at many places. They had my new tires on very quickly. THANK YOU! Very highly recommended!!!

Worst ever!! My son went there to get an alignment on his car. They told his car needed parts and repairs he didn't need ! They also said he needed front tires, his tires are 4 months old! They did no repairs on his car and charged him 65 dollars. They did not perform a front alignment on the car! Stay away from this place!

Excellent Company and tires are great. They take a second look at some loose flashing material in my Mom's wheel well after we changed out the tires. A good tech spent 10 or 15 minutes adjusting it at no cost. I then bought 4 new snows for my car. They did a double check on inflation a few days later. After a long drive last night the new tires are getting literally 6 more miles per gallon the highway. Very impressed. Good people to buy tires from.

Newish to area. Not even a year. I needed new tires bad. I popped in and was pleasantly surprised to see a woman manager. Her name is Jessica. She knows her stuff. And I was served with no appt and great customer service!! She even had a special on the size tires I needed!! Go see Gills if you need tires or oil change if you are in the area.

I got that dreaded low tire pressure warning just as I was starting out a road trip. They fixed it quickly and inexpensively and were very friendly. They even brought out the nail that was stuck in my tire to show me, which was reassuring.
