John was extremely personable and helpful to us this evening when we brought in our phone that somehow ejected it's SIM card while we were hiking the Appalachian Trail. He even helped us lower our monthly Verizon bill. Thanks John!

John went above and beyond when we had issues porting in. Switching to Verizon ended up being a total nightmare with a lot of confusion, but after several hours on the phone with many tiers of customer support, John stuck it out and made sure we were all set.

Aniket was a patient and very helpful person who went beyond anyone's expectations for quality service. He did more trouble shooting and assisting just now than I received with hours of tech support over 3 days. Finally I have a working phone again. He should be commended for his service and willingness to help a customer.
