This staff is amazing! I hate that I can't remember their names, but they helped me so much. I moved here from the south and was clueless about winter apparel and they helped so much. It was like family away from family. Love it here

It’s a used clothing and goods store. Buyer beware. You’re helping people out and giving stuff a second chance at being useful. It’s one of the better thrift shops I’ve been to. It even has a changing room to try stuff on which is a major plus for places like this because people rob them blind.

Great place to drop off gently-worn items that other humans may need or want. They are very kind and professional.

I went looking for a jacket and found one. I asked the person at the desk if the price would be lowered because the elastic on the inside was broken and hanging off. She went to the back to check and she said no, which was completely fine. But I was showed it was fixed. I was thrilled and decided since it was fixed it was worth the money. So I purchased the jacket. When I get home and moved the elastic that’s inside the jacket it falls right out. They had jammed the elastic in the jacket to make it look like it was fixed. I have had other issues there but this was the icing on the cake. They will lie and deceive you at this store.

This store has gone thru many changes over the years. Most reviews I read are about quality of merchandise. What people don't understand is the items that are sold there are THE SAME ITEMS THAT ARE DONATED. The store has potential to be a great store for the community. I understand the reasons they do not take certain donations. The way it was explained to me was, THE ITEMS GO FROM THE DONATORS CAR, RIGHT TO SALE FLOOR, SO IF THE ITEMS ARE NOT CLEAN AND READY TO BE SOLD, THEN THEY CANT TAKE IT. IT IS A RESALE BUSINESS AND NOT A DUMP SITE. From how that was last year, the outside of the building was used to just drop off ANYTHING and it did look like a dump, and it made the neighborhood look trashy. They have made tremendous progress on that end. I love going in that store, you never know what you will find, but you have to remember, they ONLY SELL WHAT YOU DONATE, so no sense complaining they don't have product, they have what you give.

The store is O.K. BUT! . I went there with my sister, a month ago. She wont return, said it's dirty. After today 8/8/21, I agree. They need to clean the floors so the urine smell is gone at the front door.

Good luck trying to donate anything. Some decrepit old harpy will accost you about the smallest infractions: " Hmmm, yeah this shirt won't sell. Nobody wants children's boots. We refuse to take this winter coat."Stuff in stock is mediocre

The prices in the store are going up because they are "cheaper than Walmart", according to one senior staff member. Clothes with tags remaining from their original store are marked as new and the price is raised. Overall, the store is a bit disorganized, but not more so than any other Goodwill.

This store used to be great. The prices have gone up substantially and the store now smells like a sewer. It's seems the quality has plummeted as well. Very poor managment.
