I witnessed one of the older employees there (longer grey hair and glasses) talk to a new hire like he was worthless. I don’t know the new kid from a hole in the wall but she was extremely rude to him and did it right in front of the customers. She should not be in customer service.

My experience with CVS
has never been great but a little tolerable. Staff is cold not personable. Front end person had a condescending tone. Not polite at all. The Pharmacy’s phone service was also “say it” so I can go on to the next call. The gentlemen who I spoke to on the phone sounded like he didn’t want to be bothered. I could not hear him mumbling so when asking him to speak little bit louder because I have hearing aid’s he continued in the same tone. This was the same person when I went to pick up my prescription had a nonchalant attitude I felt like he could care less. Overall, I have never had a good experience at any CVS I had visited, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Florida. I have to use them now because I am unable to find an another drugstore convenient to get to. I don’t know is there help for this company? Many have the same feelings about CVS “ the neighborhood store”. Thanks for asking for feedback.

Store needs to be shut down or get a new management team and staff because the people here have no care in the world for the general public they serve and apparently don't like to do there job so I say shut it down.

I have used cvs for 21 years. I moved to north Adams and had my meds sent to this branch I regularly have to wait on hold for 30 min or more. I have waited for 40 min and gotten ( accidently). Disconnected. Many times when I finally do speak to someone they are rude and gave no clue what they are doing . I can without a doubt say this is the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with!!! Unfortunately the only other pharmacy near me is Walgreens sooo that is what I will do . I am waiting for my refills to run out so I can switch . Do not use this pharmacy. It will eat away at your life prescription by percsription .

My daughters script was put in by dr. I went in to pick it up 3 days later and it was not filled was told it would be about 45 mins before it would be mixed and ready. I could not get back till the next day and it was still not filled had to wait 30 mins for the pharmacist to mix her liquid medication. Once I finally got it I went home opened the bag and they had given me the box for the pharmacist. I waited for no reason cuz I had to mix her meds myself! The box clearly states that is is for the pharmacist. I we’ll never have another script filled here again! I am irate with the whole situation!

I went in to get my second COVID vaccine. I hadn’t realized that I needed to make an appointment, which is fine.I just had a few questions. I asked a girl who works in pharmacy and she was incredibly, incredibly rude. I never went to the appointment because of how rude she was. I won’t deal with them ever again.

Never have meds ready, never have enough staff on to handle the overload of new costumers they took on from other closing pharmacies . They need to put more cashier on so we don't need to pile up during a pandemic!

Instead of coming 1 time for 1 prescription you gotta come 5 Then you still got to wait 2 Hours That's There Expedite service, I will be dead if I ever need heart meds Makes no sense If prescription overdue insurance will cover fill it, so unnecessary .
