Everyone always complains about the car wash on River Street charging people's debit card too much money for the wash and it happened to me again today. Hasn't happened in a while but obviously same problems . I shouldn't be charged triple for updated systems. Says it charged $3, but bank says something different so check your shit and watch out for this old crook. Guy makes a tiny fortune off of everyone adding charges to people's cards. My charge wasn't processed until 1133p.m. which means he's doing it all at once because I was there 5 hours prior and it should have showed up immediately if the transaction was complete . That's how he's making his money. Prove me wrong. Hopefully I am.

The machine would not take my debit card. Tried numerous times, kept asking for code. Finally had to back up and drive out through those orange cones. Sent them a message, but they never responded

Great place to get your car washed, either by yourself or having the machines do it. Car vacuums are also available and they are perfect for the time my car floors are a little dirty. Roads a little bumpy so be careful

They are not open 24/7, ever. At the sight of any bad weather or rain, they shut it right down. It's been pretty icy out and it'd be nice to actually spray the ice off. Only car wash area around unless you want to go to Pittsfield. I'll be putting in a request to Google to fix the 24/7 because it appears the company can't do that. I have come here at 8, 9, 10 pm before and they are closed. No 24/7 action going on here.

Place stands behind their business. Once my car didn't get cleaned right. I just mentioned it to a worker and he sent my car with no charge. Always clean.
