So grateful for the Norfolk post office and staff! Jean is great and runs a tight, tidy ship. I mail packages frequently and am always well taken care of. In response to a previous review: the office closes for lunch because there's typically only one person on staff making that lunch break a necessity.

The folks here are always pleasant and helpful. I have lived in town for 25 years and have only had positive experiences.
