Our dogs walk happily into Puppys Paradise and I leave knowing they will be safe. We have been yearly customers for a decade. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

More people are writing in great reviews. My dog loved it there too and was so happy every time we pulled in the driveway. Carol would come out to my car and take her inside and actually say that she loved that my dog was so happy to see her. Then "bam" ... my dog is no longer welcome after 3 years. I'll say it again ... be careful and be prepared. You never know when she will decide she doesn't like your dog anymore. 3 years!!!! And please Carol don't answer that you don't remember my dog, or you have every right to decide that a dog doesn't fit in anymore, or all of a sudden my dog was too active or misbehaved. All excuses that she wrote to my previous reviews and removed. You took my money for 3 years! Your excuses are all over the place and still make no sense! Yes I'm still angry. My dog loved the exercise and socialization and I recommended this place to every one who was looking for doggy day care or boarding. J guess I'm more mad at myself for being fooled by someone who seemed so sincere or caring.

My small dog has stayed overnight several times while traveling for business and I am very happy with the care extended to her. She gets excited when we pull into the driveway and loves the interaction w other small dogs. She comes home tired! She has also been spending one day per week at daycare to exercise and socialize which is working very well. She has the choice to be inside or outside and outside space is perfect for running around. I have used larger facilities and the personal touch makes Puppy's Paradise the best choice for our pup! Highlighly recommend!

I love boarding my dogs here. They are always so excited once we pull into the driveway. There's a lot of space for my pups to run and play. It's such a relief to know they are safe and happy when I'm away traveling. I also appreciate that only small dogs are allowed here - it makes me uncomfortable when rambunctious dogs play too rough with my mini golden cavapoos at other boarding places we've tried. Great service!

My rescue puppies Lucy and Dolly started daycare when they were just a few months old, now they just turned one. My Lucy was very skittish when I brought her home, bringing her to daycare with socialization has made her adapt to new surroundings. In the morning before I drop them off I say, "going to Carol's" and yes they run to the door. They are always excited to run into daycare when I drop them off.Carol takes great care of my dogs. I have boarded my dogs and worried about being away from them and had peace of mind knowing they were safe and being well taken care of.Finding Carol and Puppy's Paradise has been a godsend for me.

We have a 5 year old Shih Tzu and had been looking for a place where he can be safe and play with other small dogs. We are very happy to have found Puppy’s Paradise. Our dog loves going there and gets excited every time we pull in the driveway. Carol is very easy to communicate with and we feel comfortable leaving him in her care.

I had a pup there around 2017, but had to quickly get him out of there. Carol is very pleasant and nice to your face but all of a sudden drops the bomb you are not welcome anymore. So tread lightly... you never know when the bomb is going to drop. Total phony.

Puppy Paradise is a dreamy place for dogs to stay. The grounds and home are a well thought out, clean, and spacious place for pups to play, frolic, linger, and rest.Carol is one of those dog whisperers who understands each dog & appreciates their individual personalities & needs. She has created a special niche for small to medium dogs to hang out together happily.Keeping to specific pick up times and drop offs allows for my dog’s day there to always go smoothly. That being said, Carol is flexible when necessary.My boy goes to Puppy Paradise eagerly every time I drop him off and returns with a noticeably peppy & contented demeanor. Best of all, when I am away I am certain my pet is in great hands!

Puppy’s paradise has been the perfect day care for my dog, Jack. Not only is he so excited to go every time, but Carol taught us a couple training tricks that have worked great for him at home, too. The pictures and videos of Jack playing with the other dogs make me so happy! There’s plenty of space to run around, easy drop off and pick up, and Jack is exhausted when he gets home. Could not recommend more!

We live in Norfolk and have boarded with Acorn (which isn't bad) but we were thrilled to discover this business right down the street. Carol offers boarding as well as doggy daycare during business hours. It has been a lifesaver for getting our pup exercise while we are busy with our workday and she is always excited to go and always thoroughly exercised (pooped) when we pick her up. Little extras like occasional texts with status updates with pics are a nice touch you don't get at other places. Plus the rates are very reasonable!
