One of our front windows at our retail showroom in Norwood was hit by a rock and shattered the whole panel. Norfolk Glass came right out, gave us a great price and had a new panel installed in a short period of time. Great customer service!

I have used Norfolk County Glass for three different shower doors and two glass table tops. One of the shower doors is very large, another has a beautiful Matt black barn door track, and the third with a standard hinge door. All three were made perfectly and installed with no issues. The customer service was excellent - friendly, professional, informative and responsive. The doors look gorgeous! The glass table tops are without flaws too - simple and perfect. I can’t think of a single complaint - this is a great small business that does impeccable work.

Fantastic experience working with Norfolk County Glass. They were professional and responsive, walked me thru options and ideas in the initial meeting. Wayne and his crew did an amazing job for my shower door. They were so wonderful to work with. The bathroom has a sloped ceiling and the measurements he took were so exact. The fit is perfect and it is exactly as I pictured it would be. I could not be any happier with how it looks. I would absolutely recommend!!!

I highly recommend Norfolk County Glass. I needed a large mirror moved within my house and they squeezed me in between jobs. The two employees called to tell me they were on their way. Upon arrival, they wore masks and were careful to put booties on their feet. When it became clear that the clearances on my staircase were very tight they prudently advised that a third person might be required to safely move the mirror. Wayne, the owner called me to explain the option of potentially cutting the mirror. He sent another crew to my home who were even more experienced and they were able to move the mirror (with great effort!) without cutting it. They suggested a more safe method of hanging the mirror in its new location which I greatly appreciated. The price they charged me was basically the minimum for a house call, even though they had to come out twice. I could not be happier with their professionalism, service, and value!

Wow! I called Norfolk County Glass to repair hinges in a commercial door and the phone response was very friendly and helpful. Shortly after the call, their crew arrived and fixed the door perfectly. 100% excellent service and zero % stress. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
