Xiaoyan Qin, (sounds like Cheyenne) the owner and chief pharmacist has been responsive and helpful but I do miss the very hard working,kind professional staff I knew. Hope Union will be able to keep their new peeps. Cautiously optimistic.

They are wonderful! The pharmacists there are always informative and helpful with the questions that I have had. With pharmacists Jennie and Diana, they go out of their way to help patients. Would recommend going here!

I absolutely love the Newtonville branch of Union pharmacy. Amy, pharmacist extraordinaire, has come to my rescue so many times I cannot even count. Whether it’s filling a regular prescription, getting shots, or getting blister packs for camp, they are my go to. I love that they know me by my name. I also love getting calls and texts when prescriptions are ready for pick up. Try this local pharmacy and you will not be disappointed.

This is probably old news, but just wanted to shout out to Union Pharmacy in Newtonville for going completely above and beyond in customer service. I’ve been frustrated with CVS for years in the face of even the most basic things, and switching to Union has been such a relief.

I am so pleased that Union Pharmacy has expanded to Newtonville! It's closer to home, parking is easier and I also get to see my favorite pharmacist, Amy! The customer service here is top notch. Amy is kind, friendly and always has a smile on her face. Prescriptions are filled pretty quickly soon after they get them and I don't have to wait like I did at CVS. If you are looking for a neighborhood independent pharmacy with fantastic service, you will find it at the Union Pharmacy. Give them a try!
