She helped me figure out the best ways to mail two different packages, and she was so sweet to everyone else who came into the post office while I was there. USPS, know that Heidi is the best of the best!! :) This will be my go-to USPS location as long as I live in the Boston area.”
“Wish I could give 10 stars to the Roslindale Post office. I was putting together a retirement for my boss that was due at noon. I was waiting on 3 more envelopes that my colleagues had put in the mail the week before that I anticipated were most likely in the carriers bag out for delivery. At 10:30am I called the PO and April answered the phone. I offered to meet the carrier wherever he was to grab the envelope since my afternoon mail delivery would mean I could not finish putting the gift together. April went above and beyond and found the carrier and within 30 minutes the two envelopes were dropped in my box and she called to confirm they had been received. In 93° weather, I tried to run out to give the carrier a cold Gatorade, but he was already gone before I could get there. Both April and the mail carrier went out of their way to save the day so that we could complete the gift for my boss. A+++++++”
“Steven at the Waltham post office was very helpful during the passport process. He was very patient with my family. He helped us with the step by step with a smile. “This has been my post office for 3 years and I go regularly. They handle everything in a professional manner, they know a lot, they are organized and ready to help. I usually don't have to wait for too long. I never had my packages missing and they always get delivered promptly. My package got stuck in another post office (went there by error) and it has been stuck for over 3 week. This post office even helped me out with that. I am so grateful. Every employee is helpful and special thanks to the lovely blonde lady who resembles Stevie Nicks!”

“The reviews are probably based more on bad experiences on the delivery end. This office is straightforward and gets the job done. I wish USPS would invest and probably spruce up the place, similar to newer facilities I see in other areas of the country. This would probably make the space more inviting for staff and customers.Overall, I use USPS more than the other services. Prices in most cases are better and get to well traveled locations relatively quickly.”
