They are extremely knowledgeable and professional about prescriptions, OTC medications, and exactly what a customer needs to do to jump through the insane hoops EVERY insurance company presents. “For decades I was a regular customer at this shop of shops...the best collection of men's colognes, products. Then, more than 12 years ago, they were gone. I was crushed...it was an attachment. As a monk I've made sacrifices, and I have vows but none compared to relinquishing my colognes. It's all about the senses. To know that they simply moved, are still there and were just blocks from where I lived in Newton Upper Falls is almost traumatic. I will certainly have to visit soon.”
“I wanted to just take a moment to personally thank the pharmacist Alicia who really went above and beyond to help me obtain a very important medicine for my teenage son in a moment's notice. She really went the extra distance and even made a telephone call to one of our secondary insurance providers to expedite matters so there wouldn't be a delay. I had been using ACCRX for 15+ years to provide a special medication that needed to be compounded but we recently switched to a local large chain pharmacy because my son no longer needed the liquid form and could finally swallow capsules. Due to recent developments with said large chain pharmacy, we had to revert back to ACCRX and they really saved the day. I am so relieved and thankful. Thanks again Alicia and ACCRX.”

This weekend we ordered their wings and pizza for our child's birthday party and were pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was (especially as highly critical fried chicken eaters). We will definitely be ordering again for large parties and events!”

“Honestly the best and most accessible pharmacy I've ever found. They are kind. They go above and beyond because they care about their patients. I'll never forget today. Our driver masked cleaned their phone to protect my mom who is got heart failure and me who is also immune compromised. Not only are they accessible physically but for autistic people they are also accessible because they allow texting for communication! Literally life saving to be able to text your pharmacy as an Autistic person communicating in person and on the phone can literally make me ill and take my whole day because of anxiety So being able to communicate through text has been amazing. I really hope they never change because they are so much better than any other pharmacy. Pharmacies that I might add have become completely unaccessible because of COVID and non-masking employees as well as people who come in the store. So having a pharmacy that can deliver as well as text goes above and beyond for accessibility. Honestly I hope more pharmacies start following the methods of capsule because y'all are literally the best.”

“This rating is only for the pharmacist named Kristina or Christina who helped me to fill my kids prescription literally in 2 minutes before 5 minutes left to the closing of the pharmacy on Feb 15, 2024 in this location. This act of kindness speaks volume how she is dedicated to her job and to people who she is committed to serving. It is usually crazy busy before closing hours, despite this she filled my prescription very very quickly like in 2 minutes. I am not writing this positive rating to her only because I got a special help from her, but another woman who was in line told me that she also helped her and then I approached her for help. She was also injured at that time and she was not supposed to be at work, so she deserves a big attention from the corporate. CVS is known for its bad corporate culture, but I hope that she gets attention from the upper management. This 5 star rating doesn't reflect the whole corporatism of pharmacy chain.”

“Can't say enough about how great this CVS is. Yes it's small but it's the best CVS I've been to. I particularly want to highlight the pharmacy team. Back in 2017 I had to go through a great deal of trouble with my insurance and healthcare providers for a while for a medication I was taking. This process was very stressful and the pharmacists at this CVS always helped whenever they could to make it easier for me. I can't express how grateful I am for their kindness! I want to add that this location tends to busy- it's a convenient location- but I never felt rushed or not listened to by the staff.”

“I was having problem looking for a hair grayed away touch up pencil. I have asked two male employees, and both of them just told me to head to a a specific aisle.But I still didn't find it, not one of those two employees bother to even ask me if I found it. , until one female employee passed by and asked me if am doing OK & if I need any help. She helped me all the way, escorted me and didn't stop until we found what am looking for. What an amazing worker with an A+ customer service. She was also demonstrating a good command of leadership. She knows how to take care & please a customer.She is definitely a great asset to CVS company. “This is the best pharmacy in Cambridge. They pick up when I answer the phone and fill prescriptions quickly. My doctor called in a prescription and by the time I left the hospital and called them (less than 5 minutes), they already had my prescription ready. I switched from CVS to Inman Pharmacy and I’m not looking back.”
