on 11 Florence Street, entitled arrogant staff, for pointing out that we kept receiving poor flower arrangements. The flowers and plants arrive always in such a poor condition, on top of the fact that are overpriced. I thought that by spending more I would get, al least pristine condition flowers and plants. It’s just so disappointing.

They are overpriced and the flowers are never pristine neither are the plants. I would not mind to pay if only was it worth it. There aren't special plants nor special flowers. Their planters are absolutely regular vases that you can virtually find anywhere, they are an extortion. Winston Flowers doesn't have competitors because there aren't many nursery around, they can price it for whatever cost, BUT IT DOESN'T WORTH IT.

I ordered a bouquet for my wife for Mother's Day through Winston flowers and they did an incredible job fulfilling my order. When I picked up the bouquet, it was packaged wonderfully and looked beautiful. I was very excited to bring it home to my wife. When we got home and my wife opened the box it came in, I immediately noticed that some of the leaves on the arrangement were ripped and some filler stems were wilted. I was immediately disappointed. After spending a significant amount for a floral arrangement I expected absolute perfection and excellence. I reached out to Winston Farms on Instagram, sent them pictures of the bouquet that we received and almost immediately a representative reached back out. They respond to me on a Sunday evening, on Mother's Day. The next morning, Michael a manager from the local shop gave me a call, apologized and assured that we would get a replacement bouquet the same day. My wife received a new bouquet in a couple hours after the conversation. The new arrangement was absolutely perfect. The incredible level of customer service at Winston Flowers is unmatched. Yes, arrangements are more expensive than most places, but you don't just pay for flowers you pay for the experience and the customer service of the company you are working with. I really appreciate the quick response, ownership and the replacement bouquet. 10/10 quality, 10/10 customer service.

Warning to all customers. If I could give no stars I would.They have lost there family touch. The book of the company should be buried in the grave. The quality of their flowers doesn't last for more than four days. Also when they say they will refund our money or give store credit it's false newsDave

$229 for a holiday vase that I picked up. Put in my own vase at home. Came without the usual packet of flower powder and only last 4 days! Far too many greens.... Was once a loyal customer decades ago, but never again. Whole Foods will design whatever you want and are honest about the value.

Beautiful inventory if your willing to pay major bucks. Went here yesterday to get a small bouquet of flowers. Salesperson acted like she was doing us a favor by helping us. Didn't stop what she was doing to speak with us and pawned us off to another salesperson. Fifty bucks for about 5 flowers and greens. Cannot recommend.
