Amazing Pharmacy staff! They are very smart at their job, very thorough in answering questions. They coordinated with providers and handle the confusion among overlapping prescriptions. I am glad that I moved my mom’s prescriptions from the next door CVS to this location

Terrible pharmacy. I've called in three different prescriptions for three very different drugs and not one of them was filled in full. Will tell you it will be in in two days and it won't. Go somewhere else.

Long line, long wait at pharmacy. 1101 beacon st Newton Ma pharmacy took over pharmacy from 99 beacon st. Brookline ma due at to short staffing but the Newton pharmacy is short staffed also.

Do NOT use this store for photo gifts. They are not responsive and ignore time-sensitive orders. The makn Walgreens website listed this site for "same day" orders so I submitted a time sensitive photo book order. When I had not heard anything from them I called and they eventually disclosed to me that the machine has been broken all day, and made a weak excuse about why no one called me to inform me. This was a time urgent gift for someone with a recent death in their life.

Having a hard time writing this review, went the other day. Line 9 people long, unbelievable. When I finally wanted to make my RX purchase " something went wrong and we didn't fill it" you would of thought they could call and save me a trip. This time I called was on the phone 18 minutes. The pharmacist kept putting the call on hold. I hung up and asked for a Manager. This really nice lady helped me, said pharmacy has only one person back there and they have a line. I think that line never ended. This nice lady called me back and gave me good news. The bad news is I have to go back dreading that line.. I know it will be there, I just know it.

Every time I go to this pharmacy they haven't made up my prescription even though it has been sent by my doctor and is due. They always have an excuse, but what it comes down to is a 30 minute wait. I also ordered a photo book same day a few months ago and got a confirmation that it would be ready but when I went to pick it up they said their machine was broken but no one bothered to call and tell me. I had to start all over again with another store because I needed it the next day for a present.

I had the misfortune of walking into this store this morning. The manager was rude and condescending. I will not frequent this establishment ever again. Hopefully you stay clear as well. It is not worth the aggravation.

Terrible terrible pharmacy no help and they never have anything ready on time, went to wait in line to pick up a prescription for my grandfather and multiple times they said it would be ready in twenty min and it's been four hours, save yourself time and money and don't give your money to these people go to CVS or target for your stuff and prescriptions

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this place deserves it. The in store prices are $2-$4 higher than online. How does this make sense? When asked if they will price match to their own online normal retail price without discounts, they said "no, you have to order online." When asked if they can just remove a few items from my order since they were more expensive in store, they said no as well. They told me that my cart was locked in and they cannot change it? I asked them to cancel the whole order and he also told me no. It took a manager to come over and cancel the order for me. How does any of this make sense... ? Now I have to order everything that was in my hands at the register online and wait another 1-2 hours to pick up. Is this location okay?

This is not my regular Walgreens (it isn't even my not-so-often Walgreens either) but it was the one that popped up on their website for one-hour photo pickup. I needed three 4x6 prints and one 5x7; easy, I would assume? 22 hours later, I received an email that it was ready. That is one hour + 21?! I went in, and since I didn't know if the order was at the front cashier area, I said I was there to pick up a photo order. He pointed over to a shipping area which - at one time - was just for photos, but you can now do all of your FedEx shipping here and maybe that is what held up my order? Went over to that area, I was 3rd in line. The first person in line caught the attention of the guy who had just sent me over and said that no one was here, and could he send someone? How could the cashier guy not have noticed the line he was sending people to was not moving? Someone came to help (I think it was the store manager), the first person's order - for ONE PRINT - wasn't even ready to go. When it was my turn, he needed to find the prints, package them, find the order in the computer so he could print out a price, and then I was able to go wait in line to pay. Would I have photos printed here again? No way!

The worst pharmacy. I was the only one for the Covid booster shot and waited for a long time in front of the closed door. On their website they wrote that if someone lost the proof of immunization card, they would help. They did not. My husband is 83 and he has serious health issues. He lost his card and was refused the booster shot.
