Rahdi the shift lead was very unprofessional and provided abysmal customer service. She was unpleasant to deal with when trying to deposit cash into an online banking account. Will be going to CVS instead from now on.

Pharmacy manager is wildly inappropriate! Transferred all scripts after she began yelling at me that I couldn't get my PFIZER dose there because " I know your entire medical history and you'll be allergic! I don't you to come here. I won't give you the dose! So go to Boston Medical Center." She was shouting like a crazy person. i reported her to Corporate Walgreens immediately. Over an hor later, she called me back to apologize. DO NOT GIVE THIS WALGREENS YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU ARE EXPECTING THE MANAGER TO BE SANE. The WALGREENS in Needham, manager named Wing, scheduled my first dose, personally administered, perfectly. Of course, I had no allergic reaction. There was NO indication that I would be allergic to any ingedient or my doctor would not have approved. This manager @ Newton Ctr DEMANDED " ALL YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS"--- 35 years of my PCP's notes!!!!! Good lick if you trust this Manager. She merits termination. FUI, district Manager was instructed ot call me, and she sounded like a smart mought 12 year old who stated " We're allowed to demand all your medical records. It;s not violastion of HIPAA.It's called Collaborative Treatment." Seriously. This was my first WALGREENS experience. If you haven't gotten your PFIZER yet, call the Needham Walgreens and ask for Wing.

I recently moved from Newton but still use this pharmacy. The staff is terrific. They are helpful and make great suggestions. They even call when you start a new medication to see how it is going! Feels even better than the old school pharmacies. The manager here goes above and beyond. I had a problem with a general checkout amount (not pharmacy) during the Pandemic and wrote about it on a customer survey. She called me to follow up and made it right. Wow. When does that ever happen. I'll keep using this Walgreens as long as it makes sense to drive in. Thanks Langley Road Walgreens!

They offer curbside delivery, but don't ever try it!! I filled out an order, received a confirmation that it was ready to be picked up, informed them in the app in advance I was on my way. When I got there I was not sure where exactly to park, there were no signs. I parked in the parking lot, informed the app I was there, filled out details of the make and color of my car. And waited and waited. Tried the app again after 20 minutes, to be told that the app knew I was out there and someone will come out with the order shortly.Still no one came. I thought by`curbside' they may literally mean `curbside', in front of the store. I went there and parked. Another 20 min passed. I called the store. The person who picked up said to wait. Then finally one employee comes out with a bag, heads towards the parking lot while I am yelling away `Here I am'. He comes and says I should be in the parking lot. How are they supposed to know I am out here?I am totally nonplussed, told him about the app and that it told me I was out there and to wait. He couldnt care less. Told me it was my fault for not going to the parking lot and pushing some green button somewhere. THERE IS A TOTAL DISCONNECT BETWEEN THEIR EMAIL/APP AND ACTUAL STORE EMPLOYEES!!!THEY LIVE IN ALTERNATE UNIVERSES. And the employee was rude and offensive to boot.When I came home and opened the bag, the main medicine item was missing. It was not in stock!! Whereas during ordering it was in stock.WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!!

It's disappointing that Walgreens has suspended home delivery of prescriptions during this time of self quarantine. This forces seniors, in the high risk group, having to go their to get their prescriptions.

Im giving this place 5 stars for its pharmacy section! For years my prescriptions have been sent to this location and Ive never had a problem. They are always punctual and get my refills ready quick! All of the staff behind the counter have been excellent, but I want to give a special shoutout to Christiana (I may be spelling it wrong) because she is the one who has worked with me the most and is always very kind and on top of everything! If you live in the general area and need a place where you feel safe sending your prescriptions to, this is the place!

I really enjoy this Walgreens which is something g because usually I'm a cvs girl through and through! It's very very large, bright and clean. Personally got my vote when I realized the variety of beauty and health products they have. Great deals too. I wish there was a self check out for the sake of my social anxiety but that's okay because the cashier is quick and friendly!

Disgusted with this place. I had a script filled and they only gave me half of the script. Apparently it was supposed to be in two bottles but I only received one bottle. Went over to speak with them about it and they told me they would review the cameras and get back to me in a couple of days. Never heard from them. I Called back two more times to the pharmacy to explain that I was waiting for them to check the cameras and get back to me both times I called both times no call back. Talk about unprofessional.
