I have tried everything to help my back but nothing has worked until now. Shay has been amazing.... helping me to get in shape with no pain no stress. My back has stopped hurting‼‼‼ I can move, turn, stand and sit with-out pain‼ Chropracter's, messages, acupuncturist and evening cbd has not corrected the problem but Shay's slow and knowledgeable work-out routines have made the difference. Tailored for each persons own needs and health issues. One to one or in small classes she is on top of her game, making sure the movements are done correctly with personal attention to individual needs. Not only can I move again but I feel strong, healthy, and empowered. I am always so surprised when class is over... time flies and I leave feeling on top of the world‼‼‼

LOVE Shay! Great workouts that are fun and very beneficial and they dont leave you fatigued. She really understands how the body works and specific needs to aid in certain problems.

My daughter and I have started working with Shayleen in the past month and we are very happy with how it's going. Shayleen is constantly changing the workout to ensure we get a full body workout and it also keeps exercise varied and interesting. She has her workouts planned in advance but thinks on her feet to vary the program to accommodate our varying fitness levels or areas of difficulty. She is supportive and encouraging. We are particularly happy that she is also a physical therapist as my daughter had ankle surgery last year and her workout is tailored to strengthen her ankle without causing further injury. Overall very happy and would definitely recommend her
