Bad customer service.. telling me to put my address on the box and yet I pointed to another box that it wasn't written on, and it was just on the usps label. Then proceeds to tell me "are you telling me how to do my job"?
Because he knows the box I pointed to doesn't have a written address on it..cooking?
Also, not to mention he had an earbud on. Is that OK for a front desk usps worker to be listening to whatever while engaging with customers?
I also said have a good day as I was walking away and he didn't say anything back

This man George Martel is the rudest man I have ever spoken to. They do nothing about it. I don’t even understand how this man has a manager position. Mind blown.

Only went because of location convivence, street parking can be tricky during rush hour and school times. Many people in line and only one person working the front desk. Did not want to argue on shipping weight because was relatively cheap $10, but scale is wrong. USPS weighed 3 lbs 12 oz when home food scale weighed same box 1 lb, 7 oz. Employee had difficulty understanding English and was not easy to get employee to take shipping address (printed on box tape and shown on my phone) to make and print the shipping label. Also wanted a "delicate" label on the box, but did not know USPS only uses the term "fragile", eventually got employee to understand and put "fragile" labels on box. Would rather pay more for better service elsewhere, no plans to return.

Great people working there. They certainly put up with a lot of nonsense from the public. Old time classic American Post Office. Limited parking available on the street that forces half the people to make a U-TURN in front of the Post Office. While not necessarily illegal to make the U-TURN, there is a sign up suggesting that you do not do it. Would be nice if there were a drive through. This is the type of positive American experience that future generations will probably never experience. I am thankful for having this post office in our community.

Parking space is usually availble on the street. Try to avoid peak hours because there could be a long line.

This is my go-to branch for my regular postal business for almost 20 years. I’ve never had any issue with this location so far. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

Moved in august. Got mail in august fine. In September mail stopped coming (but showed on informed delivery). When I went to this post office to get help, I was told that the mail carrier was told I don’t live there. No one verified with me, I had mail forwarding on, I DO live there. When asked what to do about all my missing mail (state ID, Insurance, other important docs), Diana basically shrugged her shoulders at me. When asked what date my mail stopped (so I can find out what might be missing) she said “I don’t know” and wouldn’t find out for me. So basically she told me that any stranger can tell a mail carrier that someone doesn’t live at an address and their mail will stop coming. Definitely the WORST experience I have ever had at a post office. So rude and so very unhelpful.
