This is my favorite Post Office I've been to in the whole country. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes in line, I'm often the only customer, the staff are always friendly, and there's plenty of parking nearby. That's everything I need.

The crew at the post office was fantastic. I came in hoping I could pickup a package at this location and they got me exactly what I needed in no time at all! Will definitely do business here again.

Thank you to the crew at the Waban post office. They were a big help in sending my daughters stuff to college. They helped with purchasing boxes, informing me about shipping options, and securing each box. They were incredibly patient and helpful. Would 10/10 recommend.

This people never heard about CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Always rude, busy, unhappy.. no hi, no bye, and omg.. this faces .. looks like they're giving me a favor, every single time I'm bringing my packages in... I'm gonna complaint to the corporate, to main office, to Megan Brennan about this location... It's just ridiculous how people can be unprofessional and ruin someone's experience every single time :(

Guy working here took $10 for stamps from my girlfriend while she was taking care of some other things. He never gave her the stamps and insisted he did.

Terrible customer service. Very rude. Overpriced. Brought package to post office in Wellesley and they charged me half price. Stay away from this place!!!!!
