I just love coming to this post office. I have an online business, so I come in every day. I am always greeted with a smile and a good morning. There is never a long wait, the supplies are always stocked, and the lobby is very clean and organized. Thank you so much for all you do! :)

Friendly, kind and helpful staff! Sometimes it can get busy with long lines since there’s pretty much only ever one person working. You just have to come on off peak hours (during the day before 4pm).

One of the attendants is rather gruff. Also after spending my lunch break to go down to mail something out - the store was closed for “ lunch “. I applaud employees getting time for lunch ( as is their legal right) just post it online so we don’t waste a trip.

Even if you have prepaid package to drop off this “nice” gentleman asks you to stay in line to drop it… Only in this location

Visited on Saturday morning. Terrible service, very impatient for simple questions.

Rude employee doesn’t do their job and yell at you for asking them to.The location is useless in its current state. I will go to the Waban one instead.

Wow, after reading these reviews, I feel relieved that I was not the only one with similar negative experiences with the gentleman that works there - it's negative to the point of discomfort. If he is so miserable interacting with people, he should not have chosen a customer service job. If you say "hi" or "have a nice day" to this gentleman, you will be ignored with distain. The blonde hair woman is lovely and helpful (one star for her), however. This is the closest post office to me (one more star for proximity).

Glad I am not the only one who thinks the staff here is rude! I’ve gone here several times over the past year and only go when I am short on time and have a dropoff with a prepaid label, although last time the staff here declined my package with a prepaid label saying that the weight didn’t match the label. I had to go to another post office, which accepted my package. And this time, my last time I will ever attempt to go there , when I started to walk in the door (at 4:50 with a dropoff) he physically pushed me out and said “we’re closed”That’s it folks. We went from rude to physical contact. Why is the staff allowed to act this way?

The gentlemen who is working there is not only unhelpful but yells at you and doesn't let you ask any questions. This happened to me on multiple occasions with people in line witnessing and nobody can do anything about it. I hope the lady who works there and is very helpful can see that and will stand up for the customers. Not returning to this location ever again, very upsetting.

Prior to today I had lovely experiences there. Everyone was kind and friendly. Today I had to wait 10 min in line to ask for a working pen only to be met with attitude. He told me to go to the back fill my paperwork out then wait again in line. I asked if he can just calculate the cost while I write and he rudely answered no. I called him out for not having working pens for customers at which point he told me to "shut the hell up and give him back his pen", which by the way didn't even work. I then went to the Lincoln street location (MUCH better experience) and the supervisor there informed me that there is a list of complaints about this individual already. So where is the action against his rudeness - being a federal employee doesn't give free reign.

Just as others say, the gentleman behind the counter is rude and he seems to be bothered with any basic question. I live across the street and this is far from a neighborhood friendly location. The gentleman behind the counter attempts to reprimand me every time I ask to confirm delivery date options. It recently got worse over Christmas time. I sent a package from this location, paid the delivery fee in full only to find out that usps did a bait and switch claiming more postage was owed. USPS held my packages ransom until the receiver paid an extra fee…usps did not provide any invoice or receipt. Just incredible that USPS can’t perform their basic function and held my package through a bait and switch scam. Disputing with my credit card company to hopefully get more information since usps is not truthful or forthcoming in their tracking and record keeping.

I live very close and avoid this location due to downright the unprofessionalism and indifference toward treating others with courtesy and kindness. There's always the same guy behind the counter who is rude and condescending to me and everyone else I see being serviced. I know that good workers are hard to find these days and it's sad to know that this gentleman behind the counter says and does anything to feel superior. In fact, I've heard and personally witnessed their male employee behind the counter yell at customers and chase them down the street for nothing more than to bolster his pride and ego regarding this location's policies (which btw, the policies of this location/employee are not found online or displayed anywhere inside or outside of this usps location). How about some basic customer service training and maybe try hiring folks with basic human manners usps?
