Forget any bad experience you’ve had at other UPS Stores, this location is a gem! I can’t say enough good things about this Newton branch. The staff are very friendly and helpful, plus they have an awesome self-scanning system that allows for Amazon returns, plus self-printing UPS labels for Zappos, Nike and any other company that sends pre-paid labels. I’m always in and out within minutes and see other customers with more complicated shipping needs being helped with ease. UPS Stores are franchises, so it’s like supporting a local business.

This place is unique in the incredible, personal attention and expertise from the manager Tom. We use this for everything, from notarizing to shredding to mailing, for personal and business. A real five star service in the neighborhood

This makes the first time I've felt called to write a review for a shipping center.
The store:
The store is located in a popular area central to the residence of the city. The shop itself is clean, organized, and well stocked for all the shipping needs. There are printers for a variety of jobs (personal, business, and even Blueprints it looked like) There are tools for packing free to use, which I've not seen at other shipping locations and was very grateful for.
The Prices:
The prices always seemed reasonable, and they were able to help me find better ways to afford shipping costs for my shipping needs.
The staff:
By far some of the best staff I've ever met in any storefront. These kind, experienced people are very helpful, day in and day out, always there with the same level of quality support. Personally, I couldn't imagine being able to keep that kind demeanor everyday, at the same place. My mind just isn't good at that. People coming in all day everyday asking the same questions and getting a patient, kind, genuine response each time. It's wonderful.
Tom, the owner was always incredibly helpful and informative, and could tell you how much your box weighs just watching you pick it up. Blows my mind. I came in everyday over the course of at least a week if not more, to ship household items for a move, and he helped every step of the way, always patient even as I fumbled with the printer and needed help repeatedly. Always gave me good recommendations, and never any aggression. Just a great experience all around.
For any shipping needs I ever have in this area, I will come back to this store. Even if I was in a different area, I would go out of my way to use this place.
Thank you to Tom and family, Dave, Mike for always being helpful. You saved me from stress during the shipping process. I truly appreciate your service and I'm grateful to have met you all.

This is a small business for the ages. Tom is a gentleman who is very intelligent, efficient, careful, and gives superb customer service. I send many packages and I have never had a mistake in all the times he has packed and sent things. You can take over a gift you haven't had time to box, and he will box and pack it and send it out right away. This store is one of the reasons I still trust in our service and graciousness to each other; Tom offers trust and impeccable service. There are a plethora of UPS stores but this is the best.

The longtime owner of this store, Tom, treats customers with respect, help, and the attention no matter how big or small the project or request or need is.
I just saw him take an awkward sized package out of someones car and carry it in to ship out. ..
He says thank you. And knows so many of his long time clients by name. He is many peoples office assistants!

Absolute best UPS store. Based on the reviews, I believe the guy always in there is Tom, and he is consistently so helpful and kind. From service around packages to promptly answering text questions, this place is 11/10 in terms of service.
