"READ THIS FIRST! Watch out when dealing with this location, especially beware of the manager there. They lie to your face and think they can get away with the scam they're running. It was a horrible experience; my daughter bought a bracelet and a necklace from there, and they broke. The second time, after wearing it only four times, they denied that it’s under warranty and tried charging $75 for repair on something that cost $120 (they call it a standard charge). They don’t stand behind their merchandise. Besides, the fact that she was very rude and tried to take advantage of a little girl by charging her $150 for repair is outrageous. What a scam! I hope someone at Tiffany reads this review and will do something about this manager and the store in general. They think customers who live in that expensive area can be charged extra for nothing. SCAM SCAM! Watch out from this place and from the workers over there especially that lier manager . 0 stars if I could."

The exceptional review is for Carolina At Tiffany’s chestnut Hill,MA. I have visited the store many times and Carolina was the sales associate. She was always pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable about the store’s products. So far, I have not made aPurchase as of yet. However, I would definitely chose Carolina as for my gift choice. In addition I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. Carolina gets a grade of A plus!!!!!Cheers,Robert from Chestnut Hill.

Absolutely terrible service, disrespect to the customer. I especially want to cancel the rudeness of the salespeople. My jewelry broke, no one called me back and told me that it had come to the store. I do not recommend to buy anything there, they do not sell quality products. Necklace broke after 3 weeks, and they did not want to change it under warranty. As a result, they repaired it, although they had to change it and give me a new one. I can not believe it is Tifanny

Carolina helped me on the issue I have. She is super helpful and willing to help. I ordered a ring online around a week ago and then found there were scratches on the bottom of the ring. So I went to the store to see if there is any way to solve. Carolina was very sweet with smiles and was willing to help. She polished the ring few times. Although there is still scratches, I appreciated that she tried very hard to polish it. In addition, as the scratches can't be removed, she did come up further plan and went to ask manager on exchanging or returning solutions. I was very impressed on how she help customer solve problems. Very organized. Recommend her to everyone.

I'm absolutely shocked by the reviews I have just read! And, until today, I may have questioned their validity. But, today, after 10 months, I noticed that my Tiffany's white gold ring was turning gold. I arrived at Tiffany's and was told I would need to pay $90 to replate my brand new ring. When I said that I wanted to exchange the ring instead, they refused. And I could not return it. I stated that, at no time, was I advised that I would need to pay $90 every 10 months to replate my ring. I am now waiting for a call from a supervisor. New ownership - diminished quality. This is no longer the Tiffany's that it used to be!

This 5 starts is for Jessica. She is attentive, super friendly and very professional. She knows exactly how to treat the customer well. I and my husband really had a pleasant time purchasing our wedding bands. I will definitely go back to get my necklace next time from her.(I love when the entire staffs were welcoming us with all the smile as we entered the store unlike other branches)

I had a horrible experience here while delivering a couple packages. The employee I dealt with is EXTREMELY rude. I politely said I had a couple packages for them and she said "what are you doing?, why is this package open? Let's start with that". She started this attitude, telling me how I shouldn't have come in the front door, how one package was accidentally opened and she didn't have to sign for it (which it was because it was previously sent to the Apple Store by mistake and I explained this to her twice.) I also told her she didn't have to sign for anything. Then I start walking away because I don't want to continue to be berated by this woman anymore and my job was done because I delivered packages addressed to her store. She starts yelling at me about how I should've waited for her to look at the package contents and how she's going to call my supervisor. She asked for my name and I told her, but she wouldn't give me hers when I asked her because "it wasn't any of my concern". Keep in mind she's acting like this in front of customers. Then I called the store an hour later to complain to her manager and unfortunately SHE answered. I found out her name is Elizabeth and she's actually the manager. She told me she already called my station. I told her she was rude and she could've handled the situation better. And that was that. When I got back to the station, I subsequently found out she LIED when she called my station and said I was calling her and harassing her, saying I'm not going to deliver packages for her and all this crazy nonsense, and that she was going to call the police. LOL.Tiffany & Co.... If you are a professional, high end business that focuses on customer service, please don't have unprofessional, immature people like this managing your stores.

I will try to sum this up as quickly as possible. I went to Tiffany and inquired about having my keychain I purchased from them polished. It was sent out I got a notification by email if I would like to have this done and have it completed in three weeks for $55 or something like that. They asked if I except these terms and I did. Three weeks and days later it was supposed to be at the store, I went to the store and it was not there. I went a week later and it still wasn't there. I then noticed They emailed me that it was going take longer and instead of asking if I excepted the new terms went right ahead and did it. For whatever reason at the store level they didn't tell me this and say don't come back until it's completed at this new date. I'm assuming this is so I keep coming into the store and maybe purchase something that's all there after.Have a known this I would've said can I get some sort of discount because it's going to take double the time. A month later it was returned to the store. With the original charge. I disputed this charge because this wasn't adequate customer service and no one at the store level alerted me. Eventually I was emailed that they would waive the charges as a one time courtesy and to go to the store and pick up my item. It was a big hassle where I couldn't just get it I had to sit and wait the lady did not believe me that this was all set without a charge. I asked to speak to a manager and no manager ever came out either. Instead of accommodating and taking care of me the employee made it look like I was lying in front of all the other customers. The service at the store level is completely horrible. Now I know this is supposedly A good and reputable company, but I think you're treated differently based on how much money you are actually spending in their stores. This is just my experience I don't know if anyone else has had it. Apparently buying a pearl necklace and a pearl bracelet for my wife recently doesn't cut buying a diamond ring as I saw customers in the store today getting pampered while they were looking for an engagement ring. I feel bad for them, hopefully they never need any work done and whatever they buy because it will not be done in a reasonable amount of time. I've already spoken to Longs jewelers and when my wife's pearl jewelry needs to be re-strung they will take care of it. Bottom line there are better reputable jewelers out there don't go spending top dollar and walking away disappointed. I would highly suggest long's jewelers at any one of their establishments. I have never had any issue, they treated me like a top-tier customer when I walked in wearing gym clothes after going to planet fitness they are amazing.

Carolina is awesome. Super sweet and helpful. Love every experience we have at the store because of her!
