My dog has been going to tail Waggerz for years. At first for daycare every day while I worked then after I moved too far away, I still have continued to bring her for boarding when I go on trips. It's literally the only place I trust so I'm willing to drive a good distance and pay for up to a week stay rather than leave her with family or friends. My dog loves it there so much and she's not the type of dog who greets other dogs or people on the street- she is usually very skittish and fearful of people and dogs she doesn't know. But at daycare, she comes out of her shell and even plays with the big dogs (she is 14 pounds). Thank you Tail Waggerz for all you do! I just read the negative reviews on here and all of them seem to be people who are either lying or more upset about customer service than the actual care of the dogs. These people care about your dog - no doubt. Ask anyone who knows me and I am overly protective and a bit neurotic/paranoid when it comes to my dog. So the fact that I trust them speaks volumes.

Can't speak to the services they provide but can to their customer service. Their process of becoming a client is super confusing and their website isn't helpful. Their website instructs you to call after filling out the form and the woman who picked up the phone told me she was "too busy to look, expect an email when your account is created and call back once you get it saying your account was created." I feel it would be more efficient just to put that on the website rather then get an attitude for calling. When I did call after receiving the email I was met with a prompt their not accepting new clients, confused because I wasn't told that 2 days ago and it's not on their website, I left a message. After, I received a call back that their booking out for 5 weeks, which would have been nice to know before jumping through this many hoops to even talk about getting an appointment. If I knew that first, I probably still would have booked but from the confusing experience of even getting to a point to talk about an appointment, I was uninterested in going any further with booking an appointment 5 weeks out. She then went on about a local shop closing causing scheduling issues for them and giving me advice on where else to go when I declined the appointment. I'm sure If you are a daycare and grooming client it's a convenient one stop shop for your pet. All in all, I would avoid for grooming only unless you want to jump through hoops to get an appointment just for grooming. Hopefully they can find a better way to communicate with customers or at least update their website regularly if they want to avoid being frustrated with phone calls from confused customers.

Tail Waggerz is a 2nd home to my Lily. They are staffed with wonderful, animal-loving humans. I trust Tail Waggerz completely. I know Lily is well taken care of and having a great time. I have nothing but the best to say about Tail Waggerz.

I couldn’t be happier with Tail Waggerz. I did what most people do. Take to the local Facebook community forum and ask for opinions on where to take my very shaggy golden retriever. I had been going to Petco , which was great, but they never had availability sooner than one month.I got an appointment next day due to a cancellation. Filled out the online intake form , had my vet forward vaccinations and we were off.He was nice and trim, bright coat, smelled like a million bucks! Price was amazing and less than Petco.Can’t recommend Tail Waggerz enough.

My husband and I booked our mini dachshund puppy for his first grooming appointment at TailWaggerz and we are extremely happy with their services! The front desk person was very friendly and showed us a video of our puppy playing with another dog while he waited to get picked up. The price was reasonable and our puppy came home smelling and looking great (with a very festive St. Patrick's bandana!)

I have been with Tail Waggerz for more than 7 yearsI bring my first dog (a black russian terrier) there and now we have another dog (a giant schnauzer). Today i received the email that they are closing my account!I'll try to explain what happened. We had a scheduled appointment on a certain date and we forgot about it. Yes, with email reminders and text notifications, we forgot! First time in all that time we simply forgot about the appointmentWe show up 30 min later but we had to reschedule it. When we show up for our rescheduled appointment on time they want to charge us for the service and for not showing fees. After a long discussion they waived the fee but the next day i received the closed account email.I guess it's time to move on, good by Tail Wagers!P.S. The service wasn't that good, Instead of de-matting they just shave. Witch is much easer and faster. I was too lazy to find someone else in the area, b/c they are within walking distance from my house. Thank you for for pushing me to find some one betterP.S.S. The front desk person, this is another story :))

ive taken my english bulldog here several times and they are very accommodating with the scheduling, they take great care of my dog, and he comes home smelling great! would recommend

We’ve been bringing our 7 month old Labradoodle Stella to Tail Waggerz for almost 3 months now for day care, she’s been going since she completed her vaccines as a puppy. Stella was a playful but shy girl when we first got her, and I’m so glad we brought her to Tail Waggerz early on. Now she loves playing with other dogs, is so sociable and fun at the park, and has gained so much confidence. She warmed up quickly there and now she jumps out of the car and runs through the doors to go in. We’re always greeted with excitement and she always comes home happy and tired. I love knowing that she’s well taken care of while we’re at work or on a trip. I also love that you can purchase packages to save a little money and can decide morning-of if you want to drop-off that day. Not having to reserve daycare ahead of time is so helpful for someone like me who’s work schedule is always changing. Thank you everyone at Tail Waggerz!

We LOVE Tailwaggerz. My dog Pickles has been going for daycare and boarding since 2019 and we have always had a great experience. Pickles was a rescue and had some behaviour issues with not knowing his boundaries with other dogs at daycare and Robin & Joe were fantastic about helping Pickles adjust with the pack! Tailwaggerz and the team have always been honest, friendly and extremely helpful. Place to be for all dogs!

Truly couldn’t be happier with my experience thus far, after switching my pup to TW after four years at another daycare in brookline that I knew my dog loved, but I was highly uncomfortable with the people who worked there and the frequent turnover of staff. I feel confident dropping Honey off everyday, and she feels safe and so excited to see her new favorite staff and dog friends. Her boarding experiences have been seamless and she comes home SO happy, as well. She is a tail wagger everyday after tail Waggerz. She didn’t go one day this past week, and I had to deal with her mini tantrum about having to stay home with me. But I digress… Everyone who works there is extraordinarily professional and nice. Robyn, Megan, Abbie especially, and of course everyone else are so friendly and fantastic with dogs. I appreciate that both the staff and dog pack at TW is tailored to meet everyone’s needs, including owners’. What a fantastic place and community to be a part of.

We love TailWaggerz. I have one rowdy golden and one recovering neurotic golden, both rescues. Rose has done a lovely job of working with us for our grooming needs.
