I have been a loyal client of Station Row for the past nine years, and I can confidently say it is the best salon I've ever experienced. When I first moved from the San Francisco area to Wellesley, Matthew and Shirley welcomed me with open arms and made me feel instantly at home. Over the years, I have visited many stylists, but none have matched the skill and artistry of Matthew and Shirley. Their attention to detail, patience, and expertise in both color and cutting are truly unparalleled.
What I appreciate most is their commitment to staying at the forefront of the industry. They consistently evolve, embracing the latest trends and techniques to ensure their clients always leave feeling modern and stylish. The salon’s atmosphere is further enhanced by Ami, the receptionist, whose warm smile and attentiveness make every visit a pleasure.
If you are searching for an exceptional salon experience, look no further than Station Row. I highly recommend them.

Wasn't friendly with disabled people, I came in saying I was deaf hoping that they will try to write something down that they can try to work with me or not so I can easily walk out of door, instead they spoke me after knowing I don't have an ability to hear. If you're disabled or deaf, don't go there it'll save your time alot.

Worst customer service salon from receptionist to owner. Walk in and wait for the receptionist to acknowledge you, as long as she is done being on her phone or gossiping with another staff member. The owner, whose chair was next to my stylist, never once even said hello to me. Thankfully my stylist, Shawneen Miranda, opened her own salon , Next Level Cut & Color on 80 Langley Rd Newton Centre. Color me thankful that I won't ever have to return to Station Row.

I had a wonderful time at Station Row! Such kind staff and excellent service. I got a full blonde foil and a haircut. Feeling beautiful and will definitely be back!

Regrettably, I relied on outdated reviews and selected Nicole Barrera at Station Row, swayed by her bio's promise of expertise in "fashion forward" trends. Despite sharing images of curtain bangs for reference—long, seamlessly blended pieces—I was dismayed to receive short, choppy, aging side bangs, reminiscent of an outdated style. Though a refund was provided, I'm left disappointed and wishing for a more informed decision.

I'm so thrilled that I found Matt and his salon - this place is fabulous!! I have been going to a salon on Newbury Street for years and was afraid to switch to the suburbs.....but honestly I now wish I had made the change a LOT sooner!! I can't recommend Matt and his team highly enough for color, cut and just great atmosphere and service. LOVE THEM!!

This is one of the few things in life on which you can depend--a great cut and color every time! Everyone is so nice, they run on time and I'm always happy with how I look when I leave.

I regretfully trusted outdated reviews and chose Nicole Barrera at Station Row based on her bio claiming expertise in "fashion forward hair trends". Despite showing her images of curtain bangs, her work resulted in SHORT choppy, unflattering side bangs that aged me. Though a refund was issued, I'm disappointed in the outcome and wish I had made a more informed choice. The salon is very nice clean, she was gentle with my hair and personable.

I was very excited to get my hair cut with Nathaly at Station Row and at my first visit I was shocked by the lack of warmth from both the salon staff and Nathaly. Nathaly hardly greeted me and asked me what kind of hair cut I wanted. Since this was my first time having her cut my hair I started to describe the cut (which is very low maintenance) and she immediately cut me off and said 'how many inches' she then proceeded to cut my hair in complete silence. She was rough with my scalp and dug the comb into my scalp and dug into my scalp with her finger nails. I've never been treated like that at a salon! Overall my hair cut was ok I wasn't blown away- probably because she didn't bother listening to anything I had to say. Regardless I left her a tip but I'll never return to this place again. TLDR: I would avoid Nathaly she's not friendly and doesn't care to listen to you. The staff isn't friendly. Just don't bother.

I can’t say enough about Shawneen, she’s a pro. I came into the salon for the first time for a brand new look. Unfortunately, I wasn’t very clear about what I wanted. When I left, I wasn’t happy about the style and called the salon. Despite it being my fault for lack of communication, Shawneen suggested that I come right back in. I did, and an hour later I walked out with one of the most beautiful haircuts I’ve ever had. And after a slew of compliments, I’ve already scheduled my next appointment.Services: Haircut

Best haircut and had small issue with the color and they went beyond to get it fixed. My favorite salon by far. The staff the manager - it's all terrific. Love my color and cut!

I went to SR for the first time today. My Stylist was Jessica Jimenez-Rivera. I could not have been happier. She was so kind and did the best job possible. She did exactly what I asked for and my hair looks amazing. I defiantly recommend her, my experience was great!Service: Haircut

Giving one star just for the front desk staff. They could be welcoming and nice, but are abrupt and have an attitude. Do better.
