I visited Splendid today and was blown away with how kind and helpful all staff members were. In particular, Myriam is a gem. It’s refreshing to go into a store and be met with kindness and folks who are happy doing their work. Thank you foe the top notch experience!

Your glitchy website and customer service are so abysmal I will no longer even shop in your stores. I will not support a company who cares so little for their customers.

We have been Splendid customers for years and have purchased items in several stores and on line. We had a nice shopping experience at Splendid Chestnut Hill today. Staff very pleasant and helpful with sincere feedback and recommendations.
