“Fed Ex shipment places like this, you definitely need to set aside time to get your work done. It truly depends on who is there to help you. I'm not sure if she is still there, but Michelle was a great help in regards to printing out visa documents for myself, and getting me a USB drive, and showing how to obtain a printer card.
They have PCs, printing supplies, packaging, and you unfortunately need to get a blank card, put money on it, and THEN use the scanner/printer/copiers, so it can take a bit.
Like UPS the boxes and packaging are super expensive, but this is a clean, reliable FedEx near the court house, City Hall, immigration offices, and if you need something done last minute, the staff will help. I wish it was open 24 hours since it's centrally located.
Be aware that there can be only a few people on duty, so if it's crowded, it's not a quick "in and out" trip. I came during an afternoon when I knew I didn't have to rush, so that worked for me.
If you need help with things like immigration documents, passports, visas, make sure to bring EVERYTHING with you so they can help you more efficiently. I had printed out visa directions that listed the exact measurements of photos needed, and it helped Michelle serve me that much faster.”
“So I went here before Christmas when holiday shipping was very hectic, et al. I got a package and did not realize it was a gift from a family member at first/thought it was credit card fraud actually, and to make a long story short--I started a return on the gift--the gift was returned to the online site via Happy Returns and I was directed to the Fedex office at 10 Post Office square. Now there are a few Fedex offices around Post Office Square in the Financial District and I overshot (my fault) and had to walk back This Fedex office is on the end of the park near the Langham hotel -- nearer to the Quincy Market side of the District. Inside they were short staffed but they were trying, the young lady who helped me was friendly and efficient and she also paused to help someone else who needed help with a self service question--copier/loading the paper/where he could find it, et al. It all went smoothly, I was a bit worried b/c no receipt but the family member emailed me to tell me the return went through/all was well. This was my limited experience here but it was a positive one.”

I've been getting specialty printing done, and it's always needed on a rush, drop-everything basis. There is an employee there, Nail, who was very fast, very professional and even ensured I got the maximum discount. I've done printing with all sorts of places before -- Office Depot, Staples, etc. and this was actually the most efficient and professional. Props to Nail.
I am 100% satisfied.”
“My experience was great!The gentleman at the counter was awesome and told me everything I needed to know about getting my package sent out. I understand why some of the customers may get mad but you have to understand that this is company is inside of an establishment (SHERATON HOTEL ?). So NO ONE can be mad because you're getting charged 10 dollars or more depending on the weight to send a package. Come on people it's COMMON SENSE!!!Anyway I wanted to say great job FEDEX!!!”
