I was very pleased with this business until I got some rude and unprofessional messages from one of the owners, Mike. I ordered something from him via email in June, it was done in an extremely timely manner and looked great. After receiving the initial quote, I asked if he could ship it to me. He said yes and did not provide a price. I never got an email back when I asked how to pay him. Last week, I referred my colleague to his services, and again, the product looked great and was done very quickly. Mike just now replied to me (I assume he remembered after my colleague was referred to him) telling me my total was $20 more than I was quoted, so I assumed he just forgot how much he told me originally and told him the quote I got was for $30, not $50. He told me that was for shipping and I was disappointed he didn't give me the cost when telling me he could ship it. I would've picked it up instead of shipping for that high of cost for Ground UPS Newton to Dorchester. He replied back to me saying " Never had a customer in my 36 years doing this assume I was going to eat the shipping cost on a $30 order. I wouldn’t of done the order. I thought I was doing you a favor getting them out to you quickly. No need to reply." Of course I would assume it was free if a cost was not provided. UPS Ground shipping from Newton to Dorchester absolutely does not cost $20, by the way.

Joe and Mike at Signal Graphics are great to work with. They are responsive, friendly and professional. I work with them often. I am always happy with the quality of my orders, how quickly they are produced and Signal's competitive pricing. This business is a great resource for your printing needs; I'd highly recommend them.

I used Signal Graphics for a political campaign in 2021. From graphic design to printing to mailing help, they were highly professional and easy to deal with. I was sometimes vague about what I wanted and they helped me narrow down my requests. Their prices were also great compared to other local printers.

Several people I know have been using Signal Graphics for many years, for personal and business needs, and they all have been very pleased. So when I had a few projects I needed to get done I went in. The service is excellent and very efficient. When guidance was needed, I got useful and honest suggestions. High quality work is done for fair pricing. Thanks guys - I'll be back!

Had an AWESOME experience with Signal Graphics two weeks ago. I had a program to develop with photos and formatting needs and Joe and his team designed and produced it perfectly on time and at a reasonable price. I go to this team for all my printing needs. Simply fantastic.

SIMPLY THE BEST. They were so helpful from start to finish. I had a bunch of photos I needed printed and enlarged for work and I was worried because some of them weren't the greatest quality (from on old iPhone). The owner, Mike, quickly said "no problem, send them to me and we'll make it work" and within that day, their designer Geoffrey was calling me talking me through different options for the photos that I was worried about. He was clearly knowledgeable and so accommodating. I told him I trusted his judgement and to just do whatever he thought was best. (I know nothing about pixels and resolutions etc and he clearly knew a lot). They were ready within a few business days and when I went in to get them I was greeted by Joe and Mike and then Geoffrey came over to make sure I was happy with how the prints came out. It felt so personal and like they all cared about my photos like they were their own. I will never go any place else for my printing needs again!

Love this place! I've used them for several different projects (posters, blown up photos, flyers, etc) and every time they are amazing. So professional and accommodating and the turn around time is phenomenal. Can't beat it. I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat! As an added bonus, everyone that works there is super friendly and welcoming, too!
