Today was free sliders. I'm sure it is super stressful and busy, but the cashier was extremely rude to me. After waiting in line, she said the coupon expired at 9pm and was unable to use my coupon. She said it was posted online as well even tho the coupon said it expires 10/25 on the app. I was fine with that as the people ahead of me said she gave them coupons for next time. I ended up ordering on the app, as she was rude to me when I said i had the coupon and asked if I actually wanted to buy anything. She proceeded to tell every person that tipped. "Thank you for tipping. Here is a coupon for next time. It expires on the 31st." I don't believe it's good business to give coupons to people strictly because they tipped, especially after we all waited in the same line. Will not be returning to this location.

Honestly, I'm happy to purchase most of my camping, hiking, and traveling gear from here for men. There's a BIG selection and I go through it every season to replace items I need. This ranges from Eddie Bauer, Cotapaxi, Spyder, North Face, Columbia, and more.

I had a terrible experience at the store where the cashier treated me in a very humiliating manner, yelled at me and left me stranded with my items to go to the next counter. I had spent about $200 on items solely selected for my college bound daughter and it was time sensitive, else I would have left the entire purchase and left. It is not the first time that as a person of color I had this experience. It is amazing how that cashier got away with her extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. The manage Jackson Ng came and did nothing not even apologized for his behavior.
So, what had happened is that store had accidentally attached two t-shirts together under same electronic tags and when ther cashier found that out instead of explaining the situation to me, she sneakily removed the tag and added two separate pricetags, doubling the price. When questioned she said they were never under the same electronic tag, which was not only untrue but deceitful. Luckily, I was accompanied by my white friend who came around to testify that the items were actually attached by same electronic tag. They listened to her but nonetheless left me stranded with my purchase.
