I have long hair hair that reaches down to the small of my back. I asked for a layered cut, and the owner said my hair was too uneven and this couldn’t be done. Instead, she spent half an hour just to give it a straight cut and blow dry for $88 (this is including the $20 new client discount.)
Salon is decent, clean, ok staff and next to a DD but not that nice.
Won’t be back

I’ve been seeing Lauren for almost a year now for my hair and she never disappoints! She’s so friendly and welcoming and I can completely trust her when I’m in the chair. She always has me looking and feeling better than when I walked in!!I would recommend her to anyone who needs a cut or color! ?

I love Lauren she always hooks me with a nice blow dry. My roots could be a little straighter though but can’t beat the convenience and location. I’m always in and out on time and, it’s clean, peaceful environment with free parking. The staff is pleasant especially the gentleman who is receptionist.

It varies sometime you feel good and other times the staff can be arrogant. There sink I kid you not malfunction exploded and I’m lucky I’m okay it was the weirdest thing I could experience and got nothing but I’m so sorry like it was insane don’t go here there not good. I had a Keratin treatment with beautiful Lauren and she nailed it! I had keratin treatment in the past but it wasn’t like what I got here. She told me all of dos and don’ts keep the benefits from the treatment for longer. And most importantly, when I first washed my hair after three days and wanted to blow dry it, it was quick and very easy to manage. No more frizzy hair! Thank you Lauren ?

I have thick, dark hair, and Sammy effortlessly lightened my hair lighter than we thought possible. Very pleased with my cut and color, I will definitely be coming back to see her.

The good news - the people are lovely & kind. Also, $20 off “new client special” is a good value!The bad news - my hair ended up mullet-adjacent. Spent an hour at home to de-mullet, and to smooth out some lights spots / bad fade activity going on. I won’t be back, can’t recommend.

I have thick, curly hair that very few stylists have ever been able to tackle. Samnang at Salon De Cinzia can make any style happen with ease and is THE BEST stylist I've encountered. I will never go to anyone else. The salon is clean, friendly, welcoming and professional. Ernie at the front desk is a pleasure. He is kind, flexible, patient and will work with you to meet your needs. The whole place is great. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment at this salon on a whim because I had some time before visiting a friend in the area. I saw Sopheap "Sophie" and had a FANTASTIC experience! She was very attentive during our consultation, offering ideas and asking for my approval before doing any cutting. I asked for an all over trim with long layers and face framing. She did an absolutely amazing job and I was honestly shocked at how good my hair looked! I would definitely recommend seeing Sophie if you're in the area, or just visiting!

I visited Salon de Cinzia to get my bangs cut after I was unhappy with a cut from a different salon. Samnang did a great job.
