My car insurance rates increased by $100 a month this year due to "increases in state coverage." I spent 50 minutes chatting with an agent, and the most they could reduce that by was $15 per month (after I made drastic changes to my policy that don't benefit me). Anyway, insurance is a predatory industry that only gives the illusion of protection.

I worked with Michael who helped me figure out if Allstate was a good fit for bundling home and car. He was patient as I needed many details repeated or interpreted. I feel confident that Allstate was a good choice for my house and car.

Mayra Fantastic, Robert fantastic. If Steven Dee is involved don't walk away. . . RUN AWAY. Held up closings on a home not once, but TWICE!! For simple things. Pure negligence and sense of responsibility for client. I feel like an idiot for sticking around as long as I did. If Steven Dee is involved may God have mercy on your soul.

Do not get insurance through this agency. This agent and his employees are rude and ignorant towards their policy holders. The office manager is rude and hung up on me, when I tried calling back I was hung up on 8 more times. When I finally got to speak to Robert after him dodging me all day he was just as rude and condescending as the rest of the staff. And if you get Michael and are on the phone for 2 hours going over your policy make sure you read your agreement because he’s negligent and not transparent and will lock you in with a thousand dollar deductible without your knowledge so he can get your business.

Left for another agency due to lack of communication and after they attempted to increase my rates. Never heard from the branch owner directly in the 3 years I was with them despite trying to reach them
