Once again, Jeremy and his team took great care of me and my car. Alternator died on a Sunday afternoon; towed to Regan's. Was expecting to wait best part of week to have part ordered and repairs completed given how busy Regan's are. Instead, they had my car ready by noon on Monday...can't praise them high enough!

I had my car towed to Regan’ Service after loosing power while driving the night before. I contacted them in the morning with details. They called me later with an estimate and details on expected completion time. The repair was completed within the promised timeframe.

Brought a company truck here for service after calling to explain the issue and was told they had availability. Got there and told they were scheduling 2 weeks out, so I reexplained the issue and showed pictures of the stripped windshield wiper arm bolt. The lead mechanic/owner told me to just tighten in more and was pretty condescending. Didn’t seem to listen to a word I said or the pictures I showed were the bolt was stripped clean.
