“Me and wife were first time home buyers. We were a bit anxious going into this process based on some of the things we saw on the internet and heard from our friends. We spent quite some time researching on how to select an agent. Then we “interviewed” a select few and Rachel absolutely stood out from the pool with domain knowledge combined with a large dose of humor. Next onto actual house tours, she would send out a small list of potential candidates each week so that we could potentially tour these on weekends. And it did not take Rachel long to narrow down what we were looking for. I am the type of person with lots of questions and curiosities. And Rachel got the patience and knowledge to address all my questions. A couple of times even when she was away, she created a backup plan in case we wanted to tour or bid a house. Now to the house(we eventually won), 1) open house 2) able to arrange a short pre inspection quickly 3) in the bidding process, Rachel was able to obtain information that was crucial in the pricing process. 4) afterwards, did a few house visits 5) lastly closing 6) list of contacts such as lender, contractors, handyman, etc…From start to finish, Rachel was extremely impressive(overachieving) I do not recall a single time where she could not answer a question. A couple of times we still toured houses even though she knew that was not what I wanted. Every single step along the way, she was there and was extremely helpful.
