your pt aidan was very unprofessional when speaking to my girlfriend. i dont want to get into too much details however im very disappointed because i go here very often and i wanted my gf to expierience this gym but not anymore.

I love this gym, the instructors, the community, and the other gym members. The heavy bag workouts are seriously challenging but all levels, ages and abilities are welcomed.

Great people, great place and great way to learn boxing and workout! The gym is a classic boxing gym that gives life into the little boxers from within. They have great boxing coaches and they are very nice and eager to help you get better. The atmosphere gives you a family vibe!

i started my training at nbc when I was like 19. i remember wanting to spar, but crying when i got punched in the face, lol. since then i‘ve come a long way. i moved a few times. discovered different martial arts. won an amateur kickboxing fight. and eventually found jiu jitsu. i have won the boston and new york opens. placed in the pan ams. and had the opportunity to fight on a professional stage. i don’t know if i could have done all that, if i hadn’t started with nbc almost 14 years ago. a lot of growth came from there. you guys really made an impact whether you know it or not, and i’m really appreciative. i would highly recommend training here.
