Great hospital staff and the nurses are terrific! Under the new management of the Mass General community of services, makes this hospital one of the best in New England.I only wish that the parking wasn’t so expensive- my last parking fee was $35!

Good hospital. Anytime I've been severely hurt or sick I choose to come here. The only downside is the wait in the ER. Every waiting period lasts typically 3-4 hours.

I was in the ED and briefly admitted twice over the past month. The quality of care I received there on both occasions was outstanding. Their nurses, ER Docs and Hospitalists were all very helpful, caring and compassionate.I cannot say enough good things about NWH and highly recommend them.
