Ever wondered what it would be like to try to sleep in the middle of an active highway? Well look no further than the Four Points! You’ll hear cars racing by, tractor trailers exhaust breaking, back firing, and tires screeching ALL NIGHT LONG. I stayed on the top floor and even so, my bed might as well have been on the infield of the Indy 500.The rooms include a pull down shade but no curtains, so light comes blazing in as soon as the sun comes up. The toilet in my room was constantly running every 3 minutes too.Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. You will not sleep!

Hotel straddles the highway, so it's never quiet; windows have divided blinds that cannot overlap, so light always filters in; shower head is fixed and too short for 5'8" people.

I stayed on the recently renovated top floor. but the room left a lot to be desired. The heating system was awful - very loud fan, and even when I turned the system off during the night, it would constantly turn on and off for a few seconds a few times an hour - just enough to keep waking you up. The mini-fridge in the room was also loud and wobbled (why? this is a newly renovated room), and the new shower has absolutely no place to put down a bar of soap or a shampoo bottle - not a single ledge or holder.I think the managers should spend a night in these rooms to get a first-hand impression of what it's like before they open it up to the public.Good news is that this hotel will be a Sheraton once the renovations are done.

Clean room and looks modern. Had a cool view of the highway. Standout con was the AC unit would constantly turn on with an FP alert (freeze protection). The wind was blowing hard outside but leaked into the room a lot and the heater just wouldn't stay off unless you turned off on the thermostat and the unit too as far as we could tell. The FP turn ons were still constant and loud which made it hard to sleep. I don't think I've heard a hotel air unit that loud before. Could barely hear the TV at a decently loud volume.I've seen a lot of people complain about highway noise level but it was barely noticeable or bothersome. We tried the hotel pub downstairs and it was very good, definitely recommend. It's classy and chill with good food and drinks.Price was definitely affordable since we are on a trip to Boston and the prices in Boston are wayyyy more expensive. Taking an Uber to the city took like 12 minutes. Not bad. Parking is $28 a night which is kinda high but probably better than in Boston. The front of house is still under construction and there's not a real reception desk, a lot is makeshift. But it's not a problem. Service has been good.

The first time I stayed here in September, my stay was great. I gave them five stars. Not anymore. The staff is still very nice and friendly; that hasn't changed. The quality of the breakfast has gone down. We stayed on the 12th floor, in one of the newly renovated rooms. The heating system was very loud and would start blowing cold air whenever it felt like it. The couch in the room was very hard and uncomfortable. The shower had no shelf for shampoo and soap. From what I understand, dispensers are going to be put in for the hotel provided amenities. What good does that do people who don't use them and use their own instead? There are also no hooks in the bathroom to hang a robe or any other clothes when taking a shower. In June, this is going to become a Four Points by Sheraton and a stay here is going to be a lot more expensive.

February 2019 -- Hotel is undergoing renovation so the whole lobby area is disrupted. Rate was very low, perhaps reflecting decreased demand. The hotel spans the Mass Pike so there is constant traffic noise (they do provide a white noise machine). There's not much to walk to. We were in a renovated room -- unfortunately, the hotel is emphasizing trendy/spartan over practical. Our complaints: poor lighting, no dresser, no decor to speak of, noisy HVAC system. Bathroom: shower is nice except there is absolutely no shelf so your soap or anything else has to be put on the floor. The coffee maker is the most basic available, no microwave but there is a small refrigerator. We did get very nice service from a porter/driver when we left something in a restaurant: he got the hotel van and drove us there, saving us a huge hassle.

Staff was excellent. My room was I testing since the hotel located next to the interstate It looked like the cars were heading straight through my room. Most of th he rooms are nice and priced a lot better than Boston. The transportation from here is less than $10 into the city. So the savings is great.

This hotel is a bit challenging to get to from the highway, even though it is right off the highway. Their hot breakfast selection is decent with eggs, breakfast meats, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, coffee, juice and teas. Rooms are simple, but clean. Ice machines are not on all floors. There is a parking garage right next to the building for a price. Some of the rooms are directly over the highway.

Hotel room was small but nice. I loved that it over-looked the freeway and the cars passing underneath. Housekeeping was a little pushy. But did a good job. Pool was small. I wished there was a balcony by the pool to warm up in the sun. Good breakfast buffet, unique and tasty menu at the restaurant.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I would give this hotel negative stars if I could. It is built OVER A HIGHWAY!!! The road noise is awful. There are literally cars and trucks driving underneath you all night long. It is impossible to sleep. They’ll tell you they’re working on the soundproofing but basically you might as well sleep on the side of the freeway. I don’t know how to express just how bad the sound is. Horrible. Just to make it worse, the hotel is also old and dingy, they charge for $28 parking, the “fitness center” has almost no equipment and the front desk staff told me there were no good restaurants in the area and to go to another part of the city. Worst hotel experience ever!!!!

BED BUGS. I am allergic to bug bites and woke up burning and itching. I turned on the light and had multiple bites along my neck and arms. Looked on my pillow and there was a bug running across. They brought me to another room where I uncovered a bug on the comforter. In my third room for the night and praying for the best.

Worst hotel experience I've had in quite a while (and I've spent the night in a dried fish warehouse on the Niger River in West Africa!). Workers on the Mass Pike decided to drill, pound, and jackhammer on the road going under the hotel at 2:30am. I had to go down to the lobby to ask for another room away from the noise. Never again.

I would give this hotel negative stars if I could. Possibly the worst hotel experience of my life. Awful. The hotel is built OVER A HIGHWAY. Literally there are cars and trucks driving underneath you. So there's nothing but road noise 24/7, which kept me awake all night. I only managed to sleep a little by playing white noise and sleep music as loud as I could. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The pipes are also loud and the "fitness center" has virtually no equipment

You get what you pay for.. the check-in process was incredibly slow and they do not yield request appropriately (I asked to be on a top floor -- was put on 3rd while everyone in front of me was given the 11th). The bathroom in the room was dirty and the fan did not work. The room was fine, very basic. Parking across the lot in a garage will run you $28 a day. Also, the breakfast that is presented like a complimentary inclusion -- then, only after about 10 minutes does a waiter come over and then charge you.
