Dr Santos took care of my dogs for 6 years. Sad she’s gone. The office staff and providers are all different from when I first started coming there. I can’t tell yet. They seem attentive and nice.

I would have given them a 1 star review, but since they corrected the issue and refunded us after discussing “undisclosed hidden charges” I gave them three stars. I strongly encourage anyone who sees undiscussed charges on their bill to challenge them and ask if these additional charges were disclosed and agreed upon. The Exam price of $90 does not cover ANYTHING but the doctor literally talking to you and looking (with their eyes) at your dog. They had to shave a 2” patch of hair and use a disinfecting wipe on our dogs tail to look at a hot spot and the “trim and treat” was an additional $65 and the wipes were another additional $35. Be very careful with these guys, they will charge you for every little thing they do, NOTHING IS INCLUDED IN THE EXAM COST (what is the point?) We use the VCA regularly (just could not get an appointment before leaving town) and they are great, I highly recommend finding a different vet if you’ve experienced this from NAH. The care was what we expected, nothing wrong with that, but preying on peoples emotions and attachments to their pets by billing every little thing is morally apprehensible. The very least you can do is disclose the additional charges upfront and let the owner decide if they can afford it, don’t just steal money out of peoples pockets. Have some dignity!

This is a good animal hospital. My kitten had a spaying here and the staff did such an amazing job. Everyone was so nice and caring. They explained all the procedures and post-procedure healing process. My kitten has asthma they considered that and everything went smoothly. The clinic is clean and it is so easy to schedule an appointment.

Bizarre experience. Front desk and Hannah are delightful. Dr. Ning is a sleezy sales woman. Wasted my time and my money. $90.00 to tell me what I already knew/ easily could google and tried to upsell me on overpriced vaccines. Free clinics provide better service and care.
