The BEST! Nathan and everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful! I had been to a couple of other large dealerships that was stressful, frustrating, and very unpleasant! Here, no pressure, show you all paperwork, etc. They honored their word on everything agreed upon, including new brakes. In addition, they detailed the car. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car. I love my new (to me) car! I had my mechanic check it all over too, he said it was a good vehicle!

I tried to schedule an appointment to fix an issue with my car that was purchased 6 months ago. The mechanic raised his voice and hung the phone up on me when I returned a missed call from them. I'm giving one star because of the lack of professionalism shown by the mechanic associated with this dealership.

When I saw a dealer, Vitali, who showed me Honda accord, I asked him if the car had any accidents, he specifically and confidently said "the car had no accident." (This was the first question I asked him because I didn't want to waste my time and his time on accident car.) I asked him if he has a carfax information, but he mentioned that he doesn't check carfax on the cars that he gets from Toyota or Honda dealerships. I thought the price was excellent based on the assumption that the car had no accident. He also mentioned "the car is $2000-3000 cheaper than the other dealerships." And I asked him why the car is so cheap and he said he just wants to sell it quickly. So I trusted him and seriously thought about buying a car until I pulled a carfax and found out that car actually had an accident. The price was not excellent if it had an accident. It was waste of my time and my money pulling the carfax. If only he hoesntly said the car had an accident or that he doesn't know, I wouldn't have wasted my time/money and his time.
