The selection was nice and we found a couple of things we really did like, however the customer service was very poor. We've lived in Newton for quite some time and needed to purchase a suit for our wedding also taking place in Newton. We thought it would be nice to purchase a suit for the groom right in our neighborhood. We had discussed going to Moshers for quite some time and decided to get the ball rolling last weekend. We were hoping to find something we liked, get information about timeline and then come back in a few weeks for measurements as we weren't *quite* ready yet It was very hard, nearly impossible, to get any of our questions answered. It felt as if they weren't going to make the sale right then and there then they couldn't be bothered really speaking with us. It was very odd and off putting. During our visit, the owner asked us "are you wealthy" -- which was incredibly weird and felt as if he was looking down on us. I've been reflecting on the whole experience for about a week and really don't want anyone else to feel the way we felt during our attempt to make a purchase with Moshers :(

Bought a men's custom made shirt and it ended up looking like a blouse... not my words, the words of my dry cleaner when she saw it. Complete waste of money and space as that shirt sits in my closet.

We needed to get a suit for our upcoming wedding but didn't want to shop all over the mall or outlets to find the right one. We simply walked right into Mosher's and were immediately helped with every detail. Since we have zero experience in what makes a great suit, it was very comforting that an expert knew exactly what we needed and would be great for the future too. You can tell this local family business really cares!!!

I have purchased my entire business attire from Mosher’s over the years. They have the best tailors and the absolute best suits, sport coats, over coats, ties, pocket squares and slacks. From a tailored sports coat and slacks to a stunning fitted suit, You cannot and will not go wrong at Mosher’s. Pure class!

Quality, speed, and attention to detail. As a person unfamiliar with men’s wear, Mosher’s took care of me, answered questions, and asked me questions I didn’t know to ask. A true professional. 6/5 stars.

Dana and Ed are great. I have a tough body style and they worked with me and got me connected with a beautiful suit and very nice sports jackets. They have in house Italian tailors who are very talented. These guys are my "go to" place for men's clothing.

You get what you pay for and get the additional used car salesmen with it. I had to do so much additional tailoring to the suits and shirts ordered. I paid for it out of pocket using my own tailor instead of bringing it back to the owner and his sidekick. They said they could not tailor my suit any more to my originally desired modern look. Why was my tailor able to do it? These guys are lost in the 70/80's. Once you enter the door you will be "sold" something.
