Fact: this guy is the real deal. Honest,… straight forward…. Knows his stuff. Got me up and running every time. Pretty easy to see that the slam reviews here….are either his competition…or some cheap moron who’ll shop 50 places…. And then slam the other 49. I’ll stick with Paul.

A real c*nt on the phone for no reason when I was asking if he recommended another place he hung up on me. That’s not character. that’s poor business practices. Definitely don’t recommend if you have anything expensive.

Called because he is a mobile mechanic and he accussed me of being an Amazon van and was Extremely rude to me and would not help. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. There is more than one company with Promasters. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!

I would NEVER recommend this auto service. He's listed as a MOBILE mechanic but when I called to request services he was one of the rudest individuals. He then became vulgar and profane after I informed due to his arrogance I was not doing business with him. I then hung up and he texted me calling me names.

I have been taking my cars here for over 20 years. Paul, the owner and only mechanic, is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic in the business. He has saved me thousands of dollars through the years. He is great with body work or engine, brakes, everything your car needs he does it. His prices are low and quality of work is very high. Do not believe any negative reviews you see here about MARS, I see bad Yelp reviews posted about the best 5 star restaurants as there are a lot of cooks here. But MARS is a 5 star mechanic, which is why most of his reviews are very positive.

Dude is a master of the craft. Paul can certainly be abrasive but he's a no time waster no b******* kind of guy. I've always treated him as the expert and with respect and he has treated me well. Been to him multiple times and he has used his expertise to quickly find and fix an alternator and tire and explain it to me. He found an issue that got me two Firestone tires off warranty which they tried to deny multiple times. (They couldn't argue with the facts Paul provided) He charges fairly. Most reliable and trustworthy mechanic I've met.

Very very unprofessional company! I didn't get back to them fast enough and I get called this. I was simply getting quotes from different companies. 0/10 do not recommend. As you can see from the other reviews the owner is very unprofessional.

I called to ask if they had availability, the operator asks me to be specific. Before finishing my sentence he proceeds to say “thank you” and hangs up on me. This has to be one of the most unprofessional/disrespectful encounters I’ve ever found myself in. Amazing customer service guys

I found mobile auto services to be a great fit for my vehicle's body work and electricalc switch problem. Paul was accommodating, conversational, intriguing, forthright, investigative, and interested. He spent a lot of time with my vehicle, and pointed out certain problems that I didn't even know existed, and he did so directly showing them precisely to me from his position under the car while it was hydraulically lifted. I've never seen a mechanic go over the detail so carefully, closely and instructionally as he did. In this case the problems were regarding certain rivets of the underbody protection system, for instance the plastic covering the wheel well, and places where the frame of the shell of the car meet the car itself. He quickly handled problems and did so at a very, very reasonable price overall. He was quick, effective, personable, and couldn't have done a better job. Everything worked out great. He replaced an electrical part from my car's console, and the inside cover of the right wheel well passenger side. You'll probably have to look far and wide to find a more interesting body-service-mechanic. Very helpful. Recommend.
