Stylist: Tom did my pedicure and manicure and Rikki my bikini wax. The service I received was exceptional and the personalized attention I was given could not have been better. Both were sensitive to my needs and I felt very special and well taken care of.

Overall, my experience was good, but I noticed one issue: they repeatedly used the same nail brush on all customers. Back in California, nail salons use a one-time brush for coloring nails. Due to cleanliness and hygiene concerns, I think the store should not reuse the same nail brush head from the nail polish bottle on all customers. It's not healthy. What if some customers have grey, fungal nails? The virus could transfer from the brush head.

Love both my mani and pedi. A nice, relaxing, clean environment. Fantastic attention to detail. I went back for a lash lift/tint. MY was so patient, sweet and clearly skilled at her craft. She came to the US from Vietnam 14 years ago and if I heard correctly has been with MiniLuxe (various locations) for approx 13 years. I forgot to mention that Tom, an "expert" technician did my pedi--he is AMAZING. Ava was my manicurist and did a lovely job! I highly recommend this place. Now, when will we get Mini Luxe in NY!!!

Nicole is amazing! I see her evey few weeks and she works magic on my nails. I have a crazy board of interest nails and no matter what I bring to her she makes it happen. Today she invented a color by combining 2 colors that was a perfect match for the picture I brought in.
She is detailed, thorough and thoughtful. My nails are healthier than ever and I love seeing her! I trust her with my nails, so the time flies because Nicole incredibly talented AND because she is a wonderful person. Nicole makes the experience of getting my nails done easy and fub with a fabulous end result that I admire for weeks!

The press on nails look no different- maybe worse- than if we did it ourselves from a CVS box! They aren’t even straight. The pedicures are fine but not.

Esther was wonderful in helping me figure out how to get the color I wanted. Don't know the name of the manicure tech but she was also very good. I am pleased that the shop and furnishings have been updated.

Nail tech did my pedi in 30 min and appeared rushed. Used the callus instrument very hard which was painful. Made my skin bleed. Stuck me under the drying area and left me to put my own sandals on. Also took her about ten seconds to put the scrub on both legs

I loved all of my services---mani, pedi and lash lift/tint. Mini Luxe offers a nice, relaxing, clean environment. The techs are very kind and provide fantastic attention to detail. I visited this location for the first time on Sunday 4/20 for a manicure (I live in NY and don't have Mini Luxe!) and went back 2 more times this week for other services. "MY" (Lash tech who also does nails and waxing) was very patient, sweet, and skilled at her craft. I have extremely sensitive eyes/skin. I always want to get lash treatments, but typically cannot because many studios use harsh products. MiniLuxe uses organic/clean products. She came to the US from Vietnam 14 years ago and if I heard correctly has been with MiniLuxe (various locations) for approximately 13 years. I forgot to mention that "Tom", an "expert" technician did my pedi--he is AMAZING. "Ava" was my manicurist and did a lovely job! I appreciate that I could put the gratuity on the credit card. (many salons do not allow this) I highly recommend MiniLuxe. Now, the big question is "when will Mini Luxe come to NY?"

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO! They charged me for a service they did not provide. First, they emailed to reschedule me due to a staffing issue. I emailed back that the new time they offered did not work for me. They never responded. So, I emailed again to ask that they cancel my appointment. They did not respond. I emailed again, twice, and left a voicemail. They still did not respond. Then, they billed my credit card, even though I never received the service. I again emailed and phoned them to ask that they reverse the charge. Finally, I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Avoid this operation.

HIGHLY recommend this location! Jessica, the manager and Nicole, my nail tech, helped me resolve a stressful nail problem and were so kind. Their genuine intention of delivering their clients the best services that last and are gorgeous, plus being centered around cleanliness, are such important values for a salon that works with multiple people a day. It's hard to find a place with such great people and high quality services! Thank you MiniLuxe

I have gone here for years but recently the quality has gone down significantly. First they began charging more for experienced technicians. I made the mistake of going for someone with less experience at the old price and it led to 2 in grown big toe nails. This is a painful experience that I'm still dealing with. They clipped the side edges so short. I went back a week and a half ago and the technician left spots of nail polish on the skin that surrounds the nail. The coat was inconsistent. They would t put my flip flops on after either. I'm considering going back and opting for the more expensive techs. I go to MiniLuxe because of cleanliness but recent encounters have caused me to question this.
