I placed an order for curbside pick up and couldn’t pick it up. Anyway, today I called the customer service since I didn’t receive any refund and they told me that my order was picked up!!
I didn’t pick it up, and I didn’t receive any notification in case someone picked up by mistake. Those people are either careless or thieves!!

Arts & crafts galore, picture framing wonderland, and all the holiday decor you can think of. I just stopped by to see if they might have some cute Christmas-themed signs or trinkets for my new apartment and was blown away by the amount of stuff they had. Not to mention, the shelves were fully stocked for the most part!It felt like all the Christmas stuff was all on sale?? I mean everywhere I looked it was either 40% off, 50% off, or buy 1 get 1 50% off. Trouble for me that's for sure. This was a fabulous surprise. I went in looking for the possibility of some cute Christmas stuff, and left with and entire carriage full of stuff: a 7 foot fake tree, white lights and colored lights for my tree and to put up outside, garland for my fireplace that looked real and not tacky, a star topper, fake greenery to put in a vase, and more. The fake trees on display really take the cake here. They are all out on display the second you walk in, so you can get an idea to scale of what they look like with their lights on as well as the size and height of all them. They were on crazy sale and even without the sale it seemed like reasonable prices to me!I come here often throughout the year but this is the place to go if you're need something for the holidays!

Well stocked on supplies. Staff were knowledgeable with products, priced matched coupons and were friendly.

I wonder if this store is closing! Empty shelves! No Art , vases nothing! I can't even write a review because it was terrible! Very disappointed! Will never go again!

We had two custom mats cut by the framing department at Michael's in Newton. Jeanne helped us to select colors, determined the optimal size, and despite being alone with a long line of customers awaiting her attention, made sure that we, and everyone else in the line, went away happy. Anna, who assisted us at pick-up, went above and beyond to help us finalize our project. We'll done, Michael's, on hiring two such expert framers who are also sincerely dedicated customer service!

I had an issue with an employee at this location. I was treated very rudely over a silly $4 issue by the manager on duty. I'm not going to waste my time writing what it was about because I've already explained my issue to the manager on duty and to Michael's corporate. Both times I asked to receive a call from the store manager and both times I was told I would get one within 24 hours. Three months later, I'm STILL waiting for that phone call. A moot point now because this experience has soured me on Michael's. Haven 't been in this location or any other since, nor do I plan to.
