I found a purse I thought was great. Tried it on in the mirror. When I went to purchase, the saleswoman offered to get a "new" one that had not been on the floor. Well that sounds nice. So I agree. I did not inspect the purse, but rather assumed it was new and in good condition.When I got home, the purse was dented and had a tag inside where the price listed was $50 *less* than I paid. I think it was a used/returned bag perhaps purchased during an earlier sale.I was so mad at the bait and switch. I give 2 stars instead of 1 as they did take the bag back for a return. But I would never trust this Michal Kors store again.

Small but reasonably clean. Salesgirls are incompetent but with an attitude, which would be OK, even expected, from a designer boutique. But this is Michael Kors store so I think they are overdoing it.

Received a $335 damaged coat in the mail. They refused to take the return, with tags, box, and receipt present, and no option of exchange because out of stock both online and in store. Said I have to ship via UPS if I want to return it. This isn’t luxury, this is trash— the product and the costumer service

I have been shopping at many MK stores but this store has the BEST service. Phillip always helps me so much,looking all over the country for the bags I want! no other employees would even bother do so. They would just say "No I don't have it" and ended of the story. I keep coming back getting more because of this exceptional service he can provide for customer.

AWFUL service lousy and nasty unpleasant lazy service. I approach the cashier who I believe is manager or supervisor with a very simple 1 item online return from men's a blue vest. She has an attitude clearly and doesn't want to be bothered with a return because it's a women's only establishment. I feel brushed off when she insists since I paid with PayPal it's through THIRD party I must return it to PayPal I told her I was told I can get gift card according to corporate. She was a bit defensive with atttude which is not necessary. No wonder they are Always EMPTY!!! Simply avoid at all costs

Stephanie at the Chestnut Hill store was amazing help! I had called to ask for a bag, she was the most pleasant one to not only answer my questions but also send me pictures of similar bags they had in the store. She is also going to see if other store have what i need. Most importantly there was a smile on her face when she spoke. Most good stuff go unnoticed and people are first to complain when things go wrong. Thank you to Stephanie.

MK makes great watches. The problem is that once one of them is out of the system, it is hard to find it. With that being said, Michael make beautiful watches for reasonable prices. Love their watches.

The store has fantastic design and style offerings. However their exchange /return policy is very rigid and the online and in store experience is not the same and not seamless. I shop there on a regular basis they are unwilling to be flexible to exchange and item (unworn and with receipt) or offer store credit even though it's still in season. Very frustrating and definitively not good Customer experience.

Called to ask a question was told to call Customer Service. Called Customer Service and they told me that this is a question for the store directly. Called the store back and the associate put me on hold and then hung up. Very unprofessional service. Copley location is much more service-oriented, better to go there instead.
