I worked with Daniel, the service provider at McGovern and had an excellent experience. I had several things wrong with my vehicle that my dealership could not manage. Daniel was friendly, professional, and worked diligently to resolve issues with my extended warranty. Without his persistence and attention to detail, this would not have happened. Where I am not limited by my warranty, I will use McGovern in the future for any further issues with my vehicle.

Company does a great job of taking care of their clients, especially Roman. He is the main reason why I continue to do business with McGovern Jeep. My most recent experience was with sales rep. Joe Hennessey which was fantastic. Highly recommend!

Initially I had a great experience with McGovern, but unfortunately the last few times I've brought my truck in, it has become less pleasant each time. I'll start off by saying the staff there are all very kind and pleasant people. Unfortunately, I've dealt with a severe lack of communication and transparency over what is happening with my vehicle. Most recently, I dropped the vehicle off first thing Monday a.m., and was told they would reach out to me around noon with an update. Nobody bothered to contact me. Its now Wednesday evening and the only reason I got through to someone was by calling a different dept. and having them go down to check on the vehicle. I tried calling Monday evening, twice on Tuesday, and again Wednesday afternoon. I did not get through to anyone. Nor did anyone return any of my calls/voicemails. A similar issue happened the last time I brought the vehicle in. Had I known that I wouldn't have my vehicle by the end of the week, I would have made other arrangements. Now I am scrambling to find a suitable rental, and have no idea how long I am going to need it for. This is very unprofessional and certainly the last time I will bring my vehicle in for service.

Great experience! The sales person had great knowledge of all vehicles, and that made a huge difference. The whole dealership made a great effort to put the deal together and they were transparent through out. I would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience with McGovern Jeep in Newton. My car is unique with some custom parts and they didn’t have any trouble with it. I got the car back working perfectly within a week and a half or so. Also the people were really great and so easy to work with. I spoke with several staff, all super kind and explained everything in simple terms so I understood exactly what needed to be done. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I 100% recommend McGovern jeep in Newton as they are fast, easy and reliable! I hope this helps.?

Daniel B. Could not be more helpful, honest accommodating and trustworthy. Big car places can lose trust with customers and I had avoided service at Jeep for these reasons but after meeting Daniel and working with him I won’t take my car anywhere else. Kudos to Jeep for retaining great employees who deliver above and beyond.

My experience was the greatest! The person that I worked with, Loan is a true Godsend! I appreciate her and the mechanics and staff at McGovern! Thank you all so much, my car runs like brand new, Star(my car) looked CLEAN inside and out, and my baby’s shoes(tires) were shined up!!!! Thank you all for taking good care of me and my family!

Central Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Norwood is less than a mile from my house and I make the 25 minute drive to McGovern because their customer service and work performed is bar none. They really do put the customer first.Loan is fantastic to work with. She goes above and beyond and provides customer service that is the best that I have seen in this industry. If something should be covered by insurance or a warranty she finds a way to get them to pay.

This dealership seams to favor men clients. I took my jeep in for a recall and maintained issue. I was suspicious about the condition of my 2022 jeep compass. During the first maintained inspection I was told it had an oil leak that they could take care of easy peasy seal.Now this is the fourth maintained so I took it to a trusted mechanic he said look take pictures you have a pretty serious oil leak ! Hmm how did McGovern not notice this my last visit ?Today I asked they said it probably wasn’t leaking. Really I said I seriously doubt that. May I have a loaner while you fix that manufacturing defect, ?I was told “ look we can’t just give loaners to everybody” We aren’t capable and I doubt it.”I wasn’t spoken to to with any type of consideration so I told them I’m writing a review and contacting my leading agent! He said he would speak to a manager.While I’m waiting a man drives in. The man checked him I. And while I’m waiting room with me a service employee comes over shakes his hand and says “Mr —— I’ll have you in a car soon thank you for coming in!So this executive looking guy gets respect and a car while I get listen lady No! So Disrespectful!!! I’m furious

I called for an appointment. My headlights were out. The soonest appointment was over 3 weeks.I also needed a sticker & oil change. The girl I spoke to said she would call if they could get me in sooner. The next day she called, had spoken to her boss and because I had no light at all I could bring it in right away. I had the warranty with first day rental so I could get a loaner. She did tell me they may not get to my car right away but at least I could drive at night. It did take a while but mostly because a part was back ordered. I was very thankful they took my car right away. The whole service team is very caring, considerate and pleasant to work with. I prefer this dealership over others I have gone to.

Pedro sold me my Jeep Compass, and his care and attention to getting every last little detail in order was priceless. If only everyone paid the same unique customer satisfaction as Pedro did getting a new car would be a breeze.
