Worst sales Manager.No interest in selling anything and what attitude! The sales manager had zero knowledge about the inventory and pricing and was talking as if he owns the place. Dude, you are an employee and treat your customers with grace. Would never recommend them to my worst enemy!!

I’m still waiting three months to get the approval to fix an issue that they previously fixed under the warranty which they obviously didn’t fix. And now their saying I need to pay for it now that the warranty is up.
I’ve been going to McGovern Jeep for the last 6 years. Always a great experience. Everyone is so wonderful there but this situation is unacceptable and very upsetting.

Working with Wilson was nothing short of amazing! I’ve never had such a great (and fun!) car buying experience. He was so easy to work with, answered all my questions, and really took the time to find me exactly what I was looking for. Not to mention how easy he made the trade-in process. Wilson knows Jeeps inside and out and is so helpful with everything related to them. I would recommend Wilson and McGovern to anyone looking to buy a car!

Went into McGovern looking for a reasonable low mileage lease as I don't drive a lot. I bought a used car from McGovern about 5 years ago and had a good experience there so I went back to see what they had to offer. The sales associate Alex, sales manager Rick, and the business manager Max we're top-notch. Never felt pressured. They worked with me to get my payment where I thought it needed to be and I leased an awesome Jeep Gladiator. I actually stopped in today to check on my insurance and registration transfer and associate Brian immediately approached me and said he could check on that for me. I highly recommend the McGovern team and especially Alex who showed a lot of patience with me as I am a tough sell. Thanks to all!

Yesterday I had my Jeep Wrangler serviced at the McGovern dealership and was taken care of by Carlos who was extremely professional and thorough with great follow up. It was a completely smooth and timely experience.

Brought my jeep in for some electrical issues and a heating issue. I made an appointment for the car to be looked at at 8:30am on Thursday. dropped the car off on Wednesday. Called Thursday around 3pm and they said they haven’t even looked at it yet. I then get a text on Friday around noon with a list of things wrong and no info on my electrical issue. I decide to not get anything fixed because everything was insanely overpriced (typical of dealership mechanic) and go to pick up the car. They then charge me $325 for just looking, which was never mentioned when I dropped the car off. Then, once they brought the jeep to me, the lower dash panel/trim along with the metal plate and some duct tube were sitting on the front seat with screws, and wires hanging by the pedals. In other words, the pieces they took off, they didn’t put back on. Waste of money and time. If you are needing to get your car fixed, find a good mechanic and don’t take it to a dealership. 2 stars because the people I spoke to were kind, and they paid for my Uber back to work and there to pick up the jeep.
